Trish and Chuck Waffler have no choice but to let Trish's mother, Vera, move in with them. Although it's only meant to be a temporary arrangement, antagonism sets in almost immediately.If having the woman living with them isn't enough, they're having to deal with increased pressure from their jobs. The stress has taken a toll on their relationship to the point where they've decided to seek help from a marriage counselor.
