The Garden and I

Life after loss can feel devastating and very confusing. Gardening became a place of refuge and hope for me in the year that followed the loss of my sister. In the pages of "The Garden and I" you'll see how I noticed the natural rhythms of nature and plants and how I allowed them to speak to my own humanity. I saw myself as one of those plants and as I started to apply the messages it taught me, to my life, I started to be ok. It confused me at first until I realized, I'm just like a seed. If I tend to it in ways that I can then God does all the rest! This book may be a childrens book, but it is for anyone who has ever experienced a loss.
