Sometimes in life, you must fight back...
When Gavin and Lila last saw each other, she'd run after a passionate embrace on the beach. Gavin's injury and the distraction of the Lila-Star situation ends with him having a poor showing during the tournament, while Lila uses it to fuel her into becoming a superstar overnight.
When they get back home, Lila and Star finally talk and Star completely acts like the breakup with Gavin is no big deal, but doesn't seem to be acting the same way. Meanwhile, Gavin is happy for his roommate and best friend Kevin for falling into a relationship with Lila's friend Emma, and is trying to clear the air with Star so he can pursue Lila.
When Lila and Gavin finally meet again, things get explosive, but despite what Star is saying, is she really okay with the new relationship? And when the fight and ransom payment to the gang comes back to haunt Gavin, will he be able to salvage his career before scandal takes him down for the sin of saving his families lives?
Will Lila and Gavin be able to finally be happy together, or are the star-crossed lovers doomed to never be one?
