The book is well suited for courses in African history or culture, cultural anthropology, folklore, international relations, and global public policy.Dr. Tadé Ayeni earned his bachelor's degree in Africana studies and English literature from Rutgers University, his M.A. in English literature from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and Ed.D. in higher education leadership from Saint Joseph's University. He is an academic advisor in the Center for Academic Advising and Retention and a quarterly faculty member in the Africana Studies department at Eastern Washington University.
