Securities Regulation in Korea

Studies in the area of securities markets and securities regulatory laws are of vital importance to, and greatly demanded by those in business and legal professions in any country. In Korea, however, due to the general scarcity of accessible information and relevant literature, there has, until now, been a total lack of such studies.This book offers a comprehensive study of Securities Regulations of Korea in the context of her rapidly growing economy.
