She has sung gospel music most of her life, affording her overseas trips to Africa and Italy. Her deep and reverent love for God extends to family, friends, and others. This is Susan's first literary work. Although it is a literary work of fiction, it was inspired when the Lord revealed to her that one of her past relationships started in winter and ended in fall, encompassing all four seasons. Not only did the Lord reveal the book's title but He also inspired in Susan a song to accompany this work, to which she admits: "I never aspired to be an author, yet I yielded to the call of God to accomplish His assignment for me." Her prayer and heartfelt desire is that the contents of this book will help and encourage the reader for many years to come, that through her obedience others' lives will be greatly enriched.
