Sapsali Dog

The Sapsali is a Korean dog breed that is also known as a Sapsaree. Sapsalis have a double coat that is long, dense, and shaggy; the coat can be black, brown, or reddish brown. These canines stand out from the crowd thanks to their lion-like manes.
- Sapsalis are noted for their amiable and devoted demeanor, making them wonderful companions. In the past, Koreans believed that this breed could fight off evil spirits because of its spiritual importance. This notion has led to the common label of "ghost hunters" being applied to them.
Although Sapsali dogs are not as widely recognized as other breeds outside of Korea, they are becoming increasingly popular as pets everywhere. They have a mild demeanor and a medium stature, making them great companions for people in many walks of life.
