No one goes through life unscathed. We all go through crisis; some more than others. Most of us have issues and challenges, and there is no one magic bullet or cure to all of them. Individual mentality and spiritually can help us handle what one is going through. So I thought about it and took my mentor's advice and started to write down what I did to overcome with adversity and how I continue to press4ward and finish strong.
