Naked Boy

Being one of millions of the Baby Boomer generation, I not only did my part in overpopulating the world, but also watched the remarkable transition of society and the world in general as my body and mind grew.

Holding on to small mysteries and things that I did not want to lose from my life, I essentially have never grown up, and after nearly seventy years have acclimated to the fact I will never - ever - grow up, no matter what older people tell me to do.

These are the life stories of a boy growing older while the world of technology emerged. As this transition marched on, this boy saw his world around him transform from a world in which imagination - fantasy - led to intellectual growth, to a new generation possessed with the idea that their lives are dependent on technology.

Computers, smart phones, devices - all have taken the place of creativity. Lessons of the Naked Boy are life's simple philosophies that we must remember to keep from becoming victims of our own technology.
