I am not a physician, therapist, or professional. This is my experience with living with PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and flashbacks. I want people to understand what it's like and mental illnesses are very real. I was sexually abused as a child and mentally, physically, and emotionally abused for most of my life. Remember we are survivors, not victims!
