Om Lukas
"This is my story. Like mine, many others are written every day. Like me, many cats and dogs live on the street. Nobody knows where we come from or where we are going. We are seen but not looked at." During the pandemic, in May 2020, in company of what we thought were its mother and father, Lukas appeared in our car, which was, due to its scarce use given the situation that year, always covered with a weather cover. We soon discovered that they were not its mother and father, but its sister and mother, because the latter was nursing and caring for both babies, even though they were obviously of different ages. For some time, they lived at the foot of the door, fitting in with us and we with the new little family. "I am happy. Because I know that telling my story will not be in vain. And because I know that for every fund raised, the human will give all of it to my kind." The author promotes his book and collaborates with different animal protection associations, as well as rescuing, sterilising and finding homes for them. All funds raised from this book are earmarked for this purpose. Find out more at LukasTheBook.com.
