Love, Life, and Heartache is a collection of poetry that starts from an early adulthood when hearts were wild and emotions ran high. It continues through many years of broken hearts and deep loss. It tells of a journey through trials and tribulations to suffering with depression, and self-harm. The authors hope is that this book may help others find a way to cope with the roller-coaster ride of life and how to overcome it.
