LEAD Rx

This Leadership workbook takes a student leader through the steps to better understand themselves as leaders and what their organization expects from them. It utilizes self-assessments, activities, and exercises to facilitate learning and growth among students. It also provides real-world examples of leadership. In addition it provides exercises for developing a solid leadership philosophy. Finally, the workbook introduces students to the concept of leadership narratives, providing opportunities to develop their own and use them in roleplay settings.
