Joint Ventures in the People's Republic of China

During the 1980s economic reforms occurred in China to the extent that foreign capital was permitted to invest and form partnerships with Chinese firms. This work examines the legal, business, social and practical issues involved in undertaking and maintaining such joint ventures.
