In a "rebel rabbi," God "saw" some human mettle in the Apostle Paul that He could fashion into an Intercessor and servant through whom He could build foundations for the Christian growth and the expansion of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. God said of Paul, "Behold, he prayeth."
