He brings a book of solace and hope for all who are grieving for a loved one lost. There are so many troubles that we face. We do not always face the same troubles. We face our troubles in different ways. We all need help in our journey through life. Indeed, we all need help to journey through each day. We all need Someone to Hold us in Their Loving Arms. Poteet has a relationship with that Someone, his Teacher, he would like to share. He shares through his poetry and prose. Throughout his book he introduces us to his Source of strength and hope. Poteet shares his poems of introduction, his poems of prayer, his poems of worship and concludes with poems and messages about his life with his Lord and family.
He feels that the more we converse with someone, the better we know them. His conversations, with his Lord and Teacher, through prayer and worship, have lasted for decades. He now shares some of those conversations with the reader.
