Your life is precious, including the scars that you have carried with you. This workbook was inspired by the Validate Value Within section in the Grow Others Workbook. I was inspired to write more and to develop a tool that I could use to help groups and individuals work through challenges and come out on the other side a much healthy and whole person, ultimately bringing value to others through their story and their journey.
