This is a songbook dedicated to my precious granddaughter who did not survive birth. Though this hurt our family tremendously, I have found healing by writing these cherished songs for her and about her being in the hands of the Lord.
David Owen Brooks, one of the mass murderers of twenty-eight or more young boys, died of COVID-19 on May 28, 2020, in a Texas prison. At the time I wrote this book, I did not know he died. The book was written by way of my memories of events that happened in my life and up to the time I met David Brooks. Just two or three days before Brooks turned himself into the Houston Police Station, he tried to lure me to a party in Pasadena, Texas, by telling me there would be lots of girls and drugs. If I would have accepted Brooks's offer, I would have died a terrible death, and my daughter would have never been born.

Thinking of his evening in Crumbald Centre, Slagfid smiled to himself as he fished his keys from his belt. A sound caught his ears before the keys reached the door. He listened, nothing. The dwarf stood still. The lock and key swayed gently above his head in the night breeze. His thoughts returned to the tattered man at the tavern. Again, a noise, it came from behind the cabin. Slagfid bent down and tossed his keys through the gate into the forge porch. He could pick his own locks later. Besides, he had another set secured in a case hidden at the Musty Mule. He gripped his Warhammer and slid into the shadows. He moved quietly around to the back of the cabin. He listened. He moved toward his woodpile and surveyed the grounds in the starlight. His ancestral, subterranean eye site tried to compensate to bring the blurred shadows into focus, but the starlight was too bright. The crack of a twig, and another footfall, were followed by a guttural sound. Suddenly, the air was full of the smells of filth and sweat and...goblins. Goblins? Slagfid felt a thud on the back of his head and the starlit sky vanished.
No one goes through life unscathed. We all go through crisis; some more than others. Most of us have issues and challenges, and there is no one magic bullet or cure to all of them. Individual mentality and spiritually can help us handle what one is going through. At the park, Mike took Jenny into one of the dugouts beside the ball field. Here, for the first time she let him touch her. As the evening grew dark, they half sat and half lay on the bench in the dugout just kind of making out. This a brief summary regarding my short children's story of What Made Gracie Smile. Firstly, this book was inspired to provoke those of whom are growing up as the younger generation evolves that their childhood friends who have left due to relocating and or unknown reasons that you are not alone. Gracie starts off as an adolescent of ten years old and discovers that her life will be changed forever after meeting her new best friend, Lisa. The setting takes place in Washington, DC, and concludes elsewhere after Gracie's parents relocated to another choice of residence. After relocating, Gracie has met many new friends one of which she becomes very comfortable with Matthew. There are three main characters: Lisa, Gracie, and Matthew. A word from the writer I wrote this short children's story because I went through a similar event in my childhood at age eleven, although Gracie had many differences compared to myself, we also have several similarities. I remember my mother saying when I was as young as Gracie that we were moving, I thought I would never see my best friend again. This book inspires the youth and young adolescents that although you have a close friend and as life goes on with the many changes of life, that if someone leaves that they are not truly gone. But all ages of readers are delighted to enjoy this short story and the main question is why did Gracie smile? What made her smile? Why did she smile? Why?

Her parents were peace activists who were troubled by the conflict in the Holy Land. They spoke out and wrote but mostly they made friends and built bridges that way. The first Christmas tree she ever saw was in the living room of a Jordanian Christian family who lived in East Jerusalem which is now Palestine. She has long felt a calling to understand religion. Growing up in diverse company, she was taught to respect everyone. This lesson she passes on in her book "The Three Wise Animals".Yehudith is a landscape painter who prays in several languages and has a family that includes Christian, Muslim, Jewish members.
