ENCOURAGE YOURSELFHermelinda Marcos Ramos. crossed the border at the tender age of just 15 years old. Having said this, not having anyone to welcome her while not knowing the English language or the culture, along with not having friends that she could rely on made her journey harder than one could imagine.At the age of 18 Hermelinda accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Progressively, at the age of 19 she decided to seal her faith publicly for Jesus by getting Baptized by water.Living from government to government agencies and foster homes was not easy for Hermelinda. However, the Lord Jesus gave her the strength and courage to keep pushing without giving up in the middle of the diversified difficult trials that she faced.Encouraging herself in the Lord gave Hermelinda unknown joy, hope and sound mind!I pray that while you read this book you will no longer be bound by oppression, depression, or loneliness!I declare God will show you a way out, a way to freedom and to life in Christ.
