Cara Phillips had reservations about Christmas. Those feelings started the first Christmas after Brandt left her waiting at the church on their wedding day that hot day in July. He never showed up or called. He simply disappeared out of her life.When Christmas rolled around five months later, she had no holiday spirit whatsoever.
