A Companion to the Prophetic Books of the Old Testament

This is a "reader's companion" of the books of the Old Testament either about or written by prophets. This is not a book you will read at a sitting or "cover to cover." It is a reference, written with laity in mind, which helps understand the scriptures in their historical setting and a chapter-by-chapter "looking at the text" section. Many readers have written that the previous two volumes in this set have "made the Bible come alive" in a new degree of information and inspiration. Previous volumes in this set were "A Companion to the Pentateuch and History Books of the Old Testament" and "A Companion to the Writings of the Old Testament."
