High Tide, Low Tide

""A collection of poems created in my day to day. Some days were rough and rugged; I was balling and sobbing on my bed, emotions overflowing everywhere. On those days, I survived. Some days were easy and satisfying; I was glowing and allowing myself to flow with life and it's changes. On those days, I thrived.
So, dear reader, please remember. That both of these types of days come and go in waves. For every high tide, a low must come with. People may tell you, that everything will be okay; it may be so. However, remember that this may be your high tide, and it may recede further in. And all tides, high or low, are just how it is; you can not control the tide.
Dear reader, gain the courage to be proud. Be proud you still experience the waves despite not being able to control the tides.""
