The Mendelson-Devonshire case was legendary. It was also political dynamite. In 1980, the disappearance of Jessie Devonshire and Randy Mendelson had been Portland’s biggest news story of the year. It remained the region’s most notorious unsolved case.It couldn’t even be properly called an unsolved crime because it had never been proven that a crime had been committed. All that was known was that fifteen-year-old Jessie Devonshire had vanished without a trace and that Randy Mendelson, a twentyyear-old landscaper, had disappeared at the same time. There were many theories regarding what happened, but facts were in short supply. The one fact that everyone knew was that Jessie Devonshire was the stepdaughter of Wilson Landis Devonshire, a well-connected political figure in Portland. In the apparent absence of any evidence, the case was set aside as a probable runaway by young lovers. And there it lay for thirty-two years, until a Chevrolet El Camino is pulled from the Willamette River. What is found inside turns the old case red hot. How many people will die before the truth is revealed?

We both could not do anything about our intertwined paths, although tried and attempted to go on separate ways for which we sill failed, we continued to getting back to each other and realized that we were not solving the problems, we were just making the problems worst. We did not love each other obviously in the beginning, we were both just lying to each other, we did care though to one another, and happy when we found out that we were having our first baby. We fought for the first year of our marriage until second and third one. Ten years later, I realized we loved each other, but it was just really one of those we were not in love, we developed to love one another after ten years of being together, we had fun raising our three beautiful children. He was a great loving father. It was unfortunate that even though what his family showed to us that they care about him, yes, they did care about him; but it was not enough to me in my opinion. It was just a show, they did not do enough for his obvious mental incapacitations, they refused to acknowledge, rather not to embrace, by doing something about it, the worst part which is really sick to think about, the fact that most of them has back ground in Social Works degree which totally not uncommon to have access to psychiatric help or resources that he may need before and even at the later date before it gotten worse. My husband died because of the related illness that imposed around him. He could not bear any longer, his body has given up, he was in lots of pain, and I still could not accept that his body is gone.

In my first book, Braiding Generations, I wrote about my family in intimate detail, but I did not elaborate on my work as a surgeon.Human Side of a Surgeon explores unpredictable events that occurred in surgical theaters over several decades as ground breaking technologies introduced new procedures in this field of medicine. While relating the everyday happenstances in which injuries befall ordinary people, the book considers the humor and insights that arise while rendering the emotional landscape of a surgeon. The orthopedic surgeon is the end of the line for emergency services.

This is the meaning and the answer that everybody has been looking for. This book is small but strong and powerful enough to cut through many problems. It will helpmany people understand the Bible better: from the reason why dogs eat their own vomit to the spiritual view about tithes, birthdays, the beginning of the world, andaccepting Christ as the end of the world. This book is here to show all people how to help themselves in Christ and have power to heal any sickness and disease to let thedoctors rest. This is the real call for all mankind to change their ways and accept Christ for their own good. This is also my way of giving back and asking people to love  God with truthfulness.

The US census report shows that approximately 30 percent of all children born today are born out of wedlock. That is an alarming statistic; but in the black community,it is an epidemic, reaching close to 70 percent. I believe that God has ordained the family to be the basic building block of society. What is happening in today’s family is no accident. It is a calculated plan from Satan to overthrow God and be like the Most High. One of the reasons Satan is so adamant against the family is that it is a direct reflection of God. After the fall, Adam named his wife Eve, which means mother of all living or life giver. God told Adam he would have to work by the sweat of his brow, which meant that he was a provider. In Genesis 3, Adam, the provider, and Eve, the life giver, sets the image of God in humanity. Even in their fallen state, they are God’s image through marriage. Marriage in the sight of God is a constant rebuke to Satan that he can never be the Most High. Marriage means one man and one woman. But it is the plan of Satan to distort and destroy the family. I also think that so many children are being born out of wedlock to escalate Satan’s plan to build an army. With our society suffering from the lack of discipline that comes from manhood, unruly children are poised to be taken by Satan at will. As the return of the Lord approaches, Satan’s time is limited. There is a calculated plan to condition men to enlist in Satan’s army.

A but always changes reality, impacting lives in sometimes startling ways. Since its fi rst publication nearly 10 years ago, Big Buts of the Bible has been read and used for Bible studies across Canada, in the United States, Spain and China. It is a must-read for anyone who wants to study the familiar and not-so-familiar people and stories of Scripture in a fresh new way. Each of the 30 chapters is short and insightful, featuring a different Bible story or character. This makes it perfect for individual devotions or group study.

Queen Jezebel, King Azzazel, Dagon the Demon, the Great Leviathan, and creatures that don't exist in the natural world anymore are just a few he's up against. His days are numbered with the price on his head for cold water in the midst of hellish temperatures. During his journey, he comes to realize that even though he didn't make it into heaven, he is still going to preach the gospel the way Jesus ordained him to. God is certainly not impressed by big numbers. Just ask Gideon, who defeated a vast Midianite army with only three hundred men.  The fundamental lesson of the  experience of Gideon for believers today is this: When it comes to communities of faith, God is only concerned about faithfulness and eff ectiveness. When we have a genuine relationship with God and an unshakeable trust in the power of the Holy Spirit of God, we are able to accomplish anything for the gospel of Jesus Christ. This is is why Jesus said, “Go into all the world and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19), and not, “Go into all the world, making big buildings and megachurches.” “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:20, KJV). Believe it!
