Frank Smith -M.S. in counseling and M.S. in business administration from Butler University -Executive Director of "Lifetools" -Ordained minister in the Assemblies of God "Ray Balogh, with his years of ministry experience, puts together a very straightforward manual for the person who needs first steps in their walk with Christ, and for the believer who has spent his or her life trying to walk in step with our Lord. Ray's life experiences come through clearly to help guide the reader as he or she strives to walk close to Jesus every day. Thanks, friend; I am encouraged to stay close and use the tools I have that our Lord has provided in His word." Larry Fletcher -B.A. in Bible at Central Bible College, Springfield, Missouri -Lead Pastor of Lifeway Church, New Philadelphia, Ohio -Executive Presbyter for the Ohio Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God "Ray Balogh's book invites you to come and spend time with Christ. His conversational approach, effective use of Scripture and practical steps make it a must-read for new believers and for those wanting to strengthen and deepen their walk with Christ. Ray moves you through how to begin devotions to deepening your devotional life in much the same way a trainer encourages a person to reach higher and dig deeper as their strength increases. As a pastor's wife, teacher and mother, I find this book to be an excellent tool to encourage people to learn the who, what, why, where, when and how of an effective devotional life. The concepts in this book will help combat Biblical illiteracy and will equip believers to know Christ through His word." • - Even After The Storm
    av Shon Dansby
    175,-

God has provided insight to share my story, my family's story as a way to shed light on the see no evil, hear no evil mentality in homes. He has offered me a way to heal, stitch up the wounds, and provide hope, love, a will to live, a sense of belonging, and new found purpose to those that feel like there is no light at the end of the tunnel. The hurt, betrayal, and despair felt by many in relatable situations such as the one written about here, can bring what seems to be taboo to the forefront and talked about as openly as possible to hopefully save lives. It shows how God can not only provide strength to those when needed, but give you the power to keep moving through the storm and find glory in His purpose for your life. We must never lean to our own understanding, but lean forever more on the Christ who's saved our lives to provide a means to saving someone else. Our lives were never meant to be our own and our experiences were never meant to be silent. We must open our mouths, share these testimonies, allow God to stitch us up, and lead others to salvation. Freedom is ours, and those we touch can have that too. My prayer is that you allow God to make you whole, usher in His love, and share with others to give God the Glory. Find your STRENGTH, find your POWER, find your HELP, and find GOD! Shon Dansby personally knows about pain and suffering at the hands of domestic abuse. Losing loved ones in a horrific way launched her into a whirlwind for the next few years of her young life. This is her first book, but she is already working on her next project, the continuation to Life On Purpose, Even After The Storm. Shon lives in Birmingham, Alabama with her two beautiful daughters, who have inspired her to write and be a bright light in the darkness.

  • - A Collection of Poems of Encouragement
    av James P Robson
    245

When I began writing, over forty years ago, I focused on the heart. Although I did not fully comprehend what I was going to discover, the more my mind focused on the heart the more I realized why the Lord Almighty placed it in the center of all human and spiritual activity. Each human being learns early in life that their ongoing existence depends on and is sustained by their beating heart. Although we can't directly visualize our hearts, we know that it beats inside our chest and continues to repeat its perpetual beat without our direct assistance. This miracle of creation stimulated my curiosity and led me to explore in greater depth the majesty of the heart, which transcends into our spiritual world. Our temporal bodies can be viewed as shells covering and protecting our spiritual inner beings. Being temporary, God has provided numerous gifts or tools to aid us in our self-discovery process. Our main assignment or purpose in life's human form is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever. It is my hope and my prayer that the thoughts conveyed in my poems will be an aid to expand understanding by encouraging a strong desire to seek and to claim Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and to spread the truth to others in your sphere of influence.

There has been a false propaganda under the guise of being authentic, to mislead and spread misinformation to the church. Evil spirits such as Kundalini, Yoga, and occult mysticism are dangerous spirits invading the church. These practices offer experiences that are contrary to the Scriptures. This reference guide book will help to expose and teach the truth according to God's Word. God's people are being destroyed for the lack of knowledge. Unfortunately, there are many professing Christians today that rely on their own "feelings" as to whether something is of God. Experience should never validate truth, and to judge something on how it "feels" or "looks" rather than testing it against God's Word and sound doctrine is a road that will lead to ruin. Just because it feels "good", does not mean it is. There are "doorways" that must be closed to protect us from demonic oppression, depression and even sometimes leading to possession. In Exodus 20:23 (NJKV), God says, "You must not live according to the customs of the nations I am going to drive out before you. Because they did all these things, I abhorred them." Yasmeen Suri was born in India believing in the new age gods of her culture and converted to Christianity years later. She is a licensed ordained minister and speaks and sings professionally across the world. Yasmeen regularly appears on the 700 Club, TBN, TCT, National and International radio, churches and conventions sharing the dangers of "spiritual deception". She regularly sings the U.S. "National Anthem" and "God Bless America" for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Military, FBI, the United States Presidential Campaign, Politicians, Major Sports Teams and Dignitaries from around the world.

  • - A Study in Colossians
    av Candace Brown Doud
    179,-

Who doesn't like the word inheritance? It means we are about to get something! It means someone has loved us and cared enough to leave us something of and from themselves when they die. Jesus loved us enough to die for us. But His love didn't stop there. He left us an inheritance that more than covers our needs, both now and for all eternity. Claiming Our Inheritance is a study of that inheritance. It is a study of Jesus' Last Will and Testament, which is ours to open and claim for ourselves. Get some friends together, or go through the study alone, but claiming this inheritance and putting it to use in your life will sustain and strengthen you-until Jesus returns. Candace Brown Doud was born in Coronado, California, and grew up in Los Angeles. She attended Marymount High School and UCLA. She studied the Bible in Bible Study Fellowship where she served in leadership for over twenty years and then as a Teaching Leader for eighteen years. She and her husband, Jim, have four children, ten grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren and live in Bellevue, Washington.

This biblical process is often misunderstood. Many believe this judgment will determine their salvation. They believe this is when Jesus will ask, "Why should I allow you into Heaven?" They also believe that if theyreply that Jesus died for their sins, they will be "saved" from God''s wrath and be allowed into Heaven. However, only believers will appear at the Judgment Seat of Christ, so belief in the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ is a prerequisite. Rather than salvation to Heaven, this judgment involves the believer''s willingness toseek guidance from the Holy Spirit to live godly Christ-like lives... the salvation of their soul. The believer must grasp the difference between "spirit" and "soul" salvation. "Spirit salvation" is granted to all believers. When a person trusts in Jesus Christ as their savior, they become a believer and are guaranteed that they will enter Heaven. Since only believers appear at the Judgment Seat of Christ, their "spirit salvation" must have already been secured. Instead, believers will be judged solely on their obedience to the direct leading of the Holy Spirit, which is how "soul salvation" is determined. The question Jesus will ask is: "Did your "good works" happen under the direction of the Holy Spirit, or were they a result of "soulish" desires - directed by your mind, will, and emotions, apart from the Spirit?"The problem every believer faces is how to secure the salvation of their own soul! God expects believers to become mature; growing from "converts" who merely accept Jesus as their savior, into "disciples" that carry outGod''s will on earth. A disciple will have learned to become sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit - recognizing His voice and obeying His directions, and in so doing securing their soul''s salvation.

Christians sometimes make wrong choices in life, but God doesn''t want us to run from them. He wants us to turn around, face them, and head in the right direction. This is the message waiting for readers inside Make a Legal YOU-Turn: A Prophet Delivered to Deliver by author Jay Corprew. With Jonah, the reluctant prophet called on a specific mission by God, as the backdrop, Christians discover how this short four-chapter book of the Bible reflects today''s church. As many Christians today have developed an escape plan; they have turned away and grown disobedient to the call God has placed on their lives. Some are even experiencing the tragic consequences of their defiance and are sinking to the bottom of the sea, just as Jonah did.The good news is that God has a rescue plan, a fish named Mercy-And-Grace to meet us where we are, to save us from the mess, so we can turn again to the commission to which He has called all Christians, His church-evangelization. God can again fan the spark of the Holy Spirit''s smoke within born-again believers into flame. In fact, He''s waiting to do so.Don''t let fear or disobedience keep you from accepting your God-given identity and fulfilling your purpose. Is it time to make a legal U-turn, to be delivered to deliver?

Demons are influencing a shadow government known as "The Club" to create a political power structure that will lead to tyranny, oppression and damnation. While angels strategize ways to combat their enemy''s attack and push humanity back toward freedom and salvation. Can two rookies in training, Adinah and Jayron, have an impact? How do angels and demons influence individual humans and humanity as a whole? This struggle for human souls is an ancient battle between different factions of angels and demons that have clashed time and again, but this time the evil stronghold is greater than has ever been seen before.

Rooted in the Heart reveals that peoples'' actions, whether good or bad, are not just a surface issue. They are results of things that are rooted in the hearts and will not just go away permanently when treated with medications only.It suggests additional ways to receive healing (inner and outer), deliverance, and to be made free. It further explains how this can be attained by getting to know the love of God through his Word and the renewing of our minds.I pray that as you read this book, you will experience a revelatory anointing and healing to your souls and bodies.Minister Beverley R.
