Dr. Robert A. Morey is internationally respected as one of the best theologians and apologists in the 21st Century. He is the author of over 60 books. Dr. Morey's educational background includes Classical Greek as well as Koine Greek, Hebrew, philosophy, "Jewish" and "Rabbinic writings" such as the Midrash, Mishnah, Talmuds, Dead Sea Scrolls, and Apocalyptic literature. It should be noted that Dr. Robert A. Morey as a young protégé with an IQ of 185 was selected by Yale University in the tenth grade of high school to become part of the School Mathematics Study Group (SMSG). Dr. Morey is also a Greek and Hebrew scholar and has debated some of the top scholars in the world who are against Christianity. Dr. Morey's ministry is recommended by some of the best-known Christian leaders in this generation: Dr. D. James Kennedy, Dr. John Ankerberg, Dr. John M. Frame, Dr. Gordon H. Clark, Dr. Cornelius Van Til, Dr. Walter R. Martin, Dr. Gleason L. Archer, Jr., Dr. Stephen Olford, Dr. Francis A. Schaeffer and many others. A Partial List of Topics covered: - The Christian Worldview, A Biblical Philosophy of Science, - Creation Ex Nihilo-What is the correct way to interpret Genesis? - How do we know the Bible is the Word of God? Introduction to Apologetics, - World Religions, Cults, the Occult & Parapsychology, A Biblical Political Science, - Debate with an atheist professor at The Julliard School of Music, NYC & Standing on the Cross: An Interview by B.K Campbell of The Christian Thinker of Dr. Morey. Recommendations for book "A Christian Student's Survival Guide by Dr. Morey is the only book ever written for college and high school students that addresses a wide range of topics such as Creation Ex Nihilo, A Biblical Philosophy of Science, Evangelical Appraisal of Aristotle, Natural Theology, Apologetics, Cults, World Religions, etc. from a sound, intellectual and Biblical (Sola Scriptura) viewpoint - not from a secular humanist viewpoint that so many so-called 21st century Evangelical Christian apologists (they are really Thomists) that visit college campuses have adopted. This is why many of these Christian/humanist apologists visiting college campuses such as Princeton University loose the debate or argument when defending the faith. This is not the case with Dr. Morey's book-it will defeat even the most difficult intellectual arguments against the Bible with great clarity and bring glory to our Lord and Savior (Yeshua Ha-Maschiach)." Didymus, President New Jersey Institute for the Advancement of Truth (NJIAT) "This is the best Student Guide that upholds Biblical Christianity. I wish I had it when a student at Princeton University. Invaluable." Suthy MacLean, Missionary to Russia and the Ukraine "One of the best books you have written." Dr. George Hutchinson (Princeton University, D. Phil. Oxford University) "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12, NKJV). Dr. Robert A. Morey Ph.D., D.Min., D.D. Faith Defenders http: //faithdefenders.com Dr. Morey's ministry is recommended by some of the best-known Christian leaders in this generation: D. You may know these famous teenagers... ANCIENT ISRAEL, 1034-1015 BCE Swaggering onto an empty field, the giant, Goliath continues goading his enemies by hurling obscene slurs at the spineless Israelites and their impotent god. A young shepherd brings fresh bread, aged cheese, and news from home while visiting his brothers' encampment. Shocked, David watches thousands of grown-men run away from a giant-man of little consequence strutting across the battlefield, openly defying his LORD, the God of his fathers. The fearless 16-year-old shepherd responds, galvanizing King Saul and his faint-hearted soldiers with the authority of a general, first challenging, then destroying Goliath with the fiery faith of a prophet and a single-river-rock. A few years later, Abigail, a legendary beauty faces a murderous band of warriors led by David intent on slaughtering her wicked first husband (Nabal) for his treacherous acts. Courageously intervening, she saves Nabal's life through her disarming generosity, humility, and sage prophetic counsel, redirecting Israel's heroic outlaw and future king from reckless vengeance and eventual regret. ...now, discover David and Abigail's backstories. This captivating tale explores their childhood, families, and their parents' lives and love stories. Meet Jesse ben Obed, the handsome father of David, a good man of great faith, yet devastatingly remote as a father and husband to his wife and ten children. Meet Alisa, a young orphan who first became David's nursemaid. When life leads her elsewhere, and she kisses her "little prince" goodbye; no one could have guessed that when they next met, Alisa would embrace David as his mother-in-law. David and Abigail's legacies unfold like intricate tapestries woven with authentic faith, shaded by heartbreak and gilded gorgeously with triumphant love. "Gather Rosebuds (while you may)" is the first book in the "Souls of Roses" series.

Art shares personal stories that show and help the reader see how he has learned to line up his will with God''s will and gain victory in his life, through circumstances including a near death experience, a troubled marriage, and a broken neck. God has a perfect will for each of us that He designed before we were born, and it is His will that we walk in it. You must decide to accept or ignore it. Hi my name is Deneatrice Millner I am a mother of eight children and three grandchildren, I am married to my wonderful husband Sean Millner and we are a blended family. I discovered about three or four years ago that I needed to write this book but I put it off being afraid to face if people read it what would they say, but I faced my fears and decided to write this book about how I dealt with pain on a daily basis and either I avoided it or drowned in it, either way pain was not designed to make us give up on life, but to bring life out of us. I realized after all the pain I''ve experienced that pain has made me a stronger woman and it has stretched me in areas I never knew was even there. I never thought I would have written this book but due to the pain of my divorce and going through my surgery. I didn''t know I could even write and become an Author and write songs, it pushed out things in me that I didn''t realize was there. Sometimes when you have to have relationships end it''s not the end of your life, as a matter of fact it''s just beginning because some people are lessons in our lives to help us get to our destiny. While I was pushing through my pain through my childhood abuse, my bad relationships, my emotional breakdowns, and my physical pain I realize none it was for nothing, I grew up as a person, and as a woman I started loving me and accepting me for who I am and that is a Prophetess, a Evangelist and Preacher. I now accept who God say that I am. This book will show you how to accept and love you.

This is my sixth book published by Xulon Press. I am a Christian book writer. I started writing my first book in 1957 I called "Adventure the Long Walk - After-Christ." It took me some forty years to finish; the reason it took me so long I lost confidence, it was my wife who convinced me to go on. She became ill and after many years I became her caregiver. She ended confined to her bed and a wheel-chair. In her last three years she was unable to speak, she communicated with me by writing notes. It was sad, but a beautiful unity between us for 53 years. One day she wrote me a note saying, "why don''t you go back to your writing?" So, after forty years I took her advice. It took me a couple of years to finish the book. She passed on in 2005, she never got to see my novel. Writing stayed with me as I continued three more books including a children''s novel called, Dragon Dee, and the Fire-man. Now My sixth book I call, "My Vision - A journey through Biblical Truth." This vision given to me I will interpret and make it simple to understand. It is the story of abomination that happened in the beginning onto the day Noah entered the ark that seem to be repeating today. I cannot tell why the Lord has placed this manuscript in my mind. The visions that come to me I cannot explain, so I sit and start writing: I have no papers or a degree in theology and I am a bad speller, yet my drive keeps on going. Everything that I write is found in the King James Bible. I comprehend the Word different than most. The interpretations that I write come to life as I go on.

  • av Quanshavia Green
    249

She was just a child, but author Quanshavia Green had experienced more than any child should undergo. Raped by a cousin, she began developing maladaptive behavior patterns of abuse toward her siblings and disregard for the suffering of others. This only intensified with her father''s abandonment of the family, being one of eight children, and being misunderstood by family who weren''t seeing her isolation and behavior as a cry for help. Quanshavia shares in her autobiography, Save Me!!!, how overcoming her trauma became harder as she grew up, due to difficulties with her mother and the emotional baggage she battled with in complicated relationships with men. All she wanted to know was that God had a plan for this journey and that one day she would no longer be a victim. Thankfully, at our lowest point is when God can be found in trials and bring healing for our wounds.

Russian novelist and philosopher, Fyodor Dostoevsky, wrote:"Love in action is a harsh and dreadful thing."Life was going precisely as planned when Jim and Karol Holmes began praying, "We are your servants, Lord. Use us to make a difference in the lives of others." In response, God brought something they didn''t expect. All it took was one phone call to set their lives on a path entirely different from the one they had imagined. Suddenly, they were faced with an agonizing decision when God asked them to love one very special child. In Grace According To Gifts, Karol Glueck Holmes is unflinchingly honest as she takes the reader on an incredible journey of love in action. She and Jim discover that, together, they have a gift that they didn''t know they had and, frankly, didn''t even want. As they answer God''s call for their life, they are thrust into a world of heartache, tragedy, and extraordinary testing of their faith. They asked God to use them to make a difference for others. They never imagined that three little children would lead them and, ultimately, make a radical difference in them.Wherever you are in your journey through life, Karol''s story will bring hope and cause you to stop and ask, "What does God want for my life?" Karol Glueck Holmes and her husband, Jim, live in a small rural community in the Midwest. Together they have seven beautiful children, six on earth and one in heaven. They own and operate a residential contracting business. Karol also works part-time in the special education department at a local elementary school. Karol is passionate about coming alongside new parents whose lives have been touched by the challenges of special needs and those who carry the heavy burden of child loss.

At the early age of 3, the gift of playing the piano by ear was revealed. With time, the devil began to pry into my fragile mind. So I used music and writing as tools for therapy whenever the devil returned with new clever ways to plant lies. As I look back over the years, I can see how God used the gifts He bestowed upon me as a shield from the lies because He had a master plan for me that the devil was not and is not equipped to ruin. Life can be complicated, yet we are expected to live it to our fullest. Is that even possible? Of course it is. Will it be easy? Maybe not. But how willing are you to pursue a happy life? I have had days where I felt like giving up. Days where I felt my efforts were in vain. I have even had days of indifference. I do not want emotional imbalance to take over my existence in this world. Instead, I would rather my gifts be used to contribute toward how you will exist.Balance is certainly one of the vital keys to a happy life. My reason for writing this book is to help restore the love which has become dismantled by emotional imbalance. We do not have to accept the world as it has become nor do we have to settle for the lies of the devil. Just as God has plans for me, He also has plans for you. Plans which you can contribute toward establishing a more peaceful world. With one simple press of the reset button of life, we can move forward with purpose and hope. Rick Brewster has lived and worked internationally facilitating the development of leaders, and church ministries. When unexpectedly and abruptly, a thirty- year career ended, he struggled to find purpose. A few years later his wife passed away due to cancer, which added another level of loss and distress. When his life bottomed out, he searched for answers: how do you re-engage in life when you've been taken back to zero? How do you rediscover purpose after your world has collapsed? 'On The Other Side Of Disappointment' is a practical look at the Scripture to reveal fears, failures and comebacks. Answers may not always come when we want them, and not always in ways we recognize. But our God walks with us through the dark places, silent at times, but present. Meeting a wonderful woman whose ministry and professional career had a very similar experience, enabled him to put perspective to the past. With faith intact, he writes to encourage those who are at a point of wrestling with their most difficult questions, addressing: • What we go through is transitional, not terminal. • Letting go of the past enables us to embrace a bigger future. • Your voice may have been muffled, but it is not muted. Rick and his wife now live in Oklahoma with their dog, Sherlock. They have three married children and soon to be six grandchildren. "There is nothing new under the sun...Whatever is has already been, and what will be has been before, and God will call the past into account." Ecclesiastes 1:9; 3:15 Beloved, I implore you to pray for all those who place their trust in Christ, yet believe the lies of the enemy that they are unworthy to be loved, always subject to rejection by others, and, thus, vulnerable to the advances of preying pastors, to which they succumb. Thus, "if a man be overcome with a fault, those which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness, considering thyself, lest you, too, be tempted." Galatians 6:1-10As for those pastors, who prey upon the weak and vulnerable, and thus, lead many astray ... woe, be unto you. "Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture, saith the Lord." Jeremiah 23:1 Praise God for each one who overcomes ... who are "snatched from the fire," and restored by the grace and mercy of our Lord and Savior. Blessed be the name of our Redeemer!

How was I to know that my jumping up and pulling on the tassel would bring the tree down? Oh, what trouble I'm in, I thought as the tree leaned and finally came crashing down on me before I could get out of the way. Bang, and a loud bang it was, as the tree fell to the floor. "Meow, meow," I screamed. The first to the room was Mom, and she was mad. "Shadow!" Cats are notorious for getting into trouble and finding things to keep them occupied. Shadow is no exception. A special, lively, and slightly troublesome cat, Shadow continually finds herself in the middle of a problem, whether it's an invitation to a walnut squash dinner with her squirrel friends or constantly being chased by blue jays. The newest addition to a family living in Georgia, Shadow quickly builds relationships with the children and parents, who lovingly welcome her. And how does she repay them? By eating the tuna, digging in the trashcan, eating the pillow tassels, and generally getting into trouble daily. JOIN SHADOW, A CAT FOR ALL SEASONS, AS SHE LEARNS LESSON AFTER LESSON ABOUT FRIENDSHIP, ADVENTURES, FACING YOUR FEARS, AND HOW TO USE YOUR GIFTS TO HELP OTHERS. This is Chris Barber's second published book. While this is the first of a series of books, Barber has prepared the path of becoming a part of the story and engaging readers to dream with them.

YOU ARE LOVED BY GOD PRESS PASS THE SPIRIT OF REJECTION SELF REJECTION SPIRITUAL REJECTION PERSONAL REJECTION WHY WE UNDERGO REJECTION YOUR PURPOSE AND ASSIGNMENT BREAK FREE FROM REJECTION WILL THOU BE MADE WHOLE EMBRACE THE PURE LOVE OF GOD Rejection is when people do not accept you as a person, the love or respect that you have for them and do not want you involved in their lives. You are not good enough and do not meet their approval or standards. It occurs in a form of neglect, exclusion, isolation, and abandonment which separate you from the people you love. This spirit attacks people of any age and bears fruits that can be detrimental when the damage affects a person's mind, self-esteem, ability to enjoy life, trust, function, and progress. It will also cause us to reject our self. But even though you were rejected by man you are loved by God and the time has arrived to be healed and made whole. Ps. 118:22

This book contains the ugly truth that all men are not created equal, some people see the good in everything while others see everything that people do as bad. As you have read you be the judge on who is the hero and who is the monster, I'm not asking you to play God and condemn the patrons in this book but I am requesting that you pray for all those involved with creating the man you have read about in this book. I know that there are many questions being asked and they will be answered in the next book. The author resides in Kokomo Indiana with fiancé robin and their dog Mazie, M.Y has two sons Amodeus and Xavier whom he is very proud of and hopefully one day they will write about what they have experienced in life because they have their sides to a story that must be told. God in all his glory has given all our lives purpose and meaning, we must be obedient and let the world see our lights shine however that may be. I would like to give a special thanks to my mother in law Cynthia Coates and father in law Louis Coates (Pops) who even after I was divorced from their daughter they never stopped loving me and continued to be there for me and my children they never showed partiality towards me I was their only son and they treat me that way even till this day. Life is poetry in motion and real-time that's why the poems tell the story and give emotion to all the patrons, I also would like to thank Xulon press for believing in this book and knowing people will identify with the people in this book. But most of all I want to thank God for the plan of salvation and for his grace.
