Rivera Sr. born in Harlem Hospital in Manhattan. Can’t get any more native New Yorker than that. The only child of Frances Rivera, a teenage mother with issues of her own that kept her from taking care of her son until he was 15 when he moved to Eatontown, New Jersey to live with her. Vester went to Monmouth Regional HS, graduated and married at 17, divorced at 36. Vester was incarcerated in 1979 and spent 48 months in the New Jersey penal system. The most consistent thing throughout the course of his life was his exposure to someone’s version about God. Baptist, Roman Catholic, 5 Per-Center, Islam, Jehovah Witness and finally Non-denominational Christianity. Vester publicly gave his life to Jesus Christ in 1992 at the Christian Life Center in Brooklyn, New York. Vester has been with his second wife for the past 28 years. There are 3 remaining children from the two marriages and about 16 grandchildren at last count. After 32 years of service he retired from the NYC Department of Education and keeps busy in service to his church and other community related activities.This Brooklyn boy has traveled the globe but makes Valley Stream, NY his home where he now writes and is looking to become an entrepreneur. The payment of the sin debt is too costly for mankind to consider paying. The shed blood of Christ is the only reason we have the forgiveness of sin. Without the shedding of His Blood there is no hope. Belinda grew up in Chicago, Illinois with four brothers. She enjoyed reading, writing, playing games, and cooking with her mom. Belinda and her husband Charles raised four daughters; three of which were born within thirty-nine months! Belinda enjoyed writing growing up but the desire to write grew as she began raising her own children. This is a follow up from my book Jeremiah the Squirrel (2017). I have always enjoyed writing and with the events that happen in my life and in the world I have made into short children’s stories. I have always had a heart for kids and for writing. I believe that kids learn at a young age. And what better way than to write it with a illustrated story. I would like to get the word out there, that there is more important things in this world that video games and what the world sees from the outside. This world is only temporary and God has plans for everyone in this world. Jeremiah is a little squirrel that learns firsthand about some on the most important things in life. All these stories have morals and stories behind the story.I wrote the “Jeremiah’s trip to the big city!” after a local police officer got killed in the line of duty.I wrote “Jeremiah meets firefighters Greg and Rick!” after we lost our cousin that was a firefighter.I wrote “Jeremiah and the foxes learn to pray!” after someone at our church testified that they were healed from cancer by the powerof prayer.I wrote “Jeremiah’s “What is love story?” after a song was released called Reckless Love by Cory AsburyI wrote “Jeremiah gets a brother” after I had my second child. About My Growing PainsAs we live our lives, we all face changes. Sometimes they are unexpected events such as medical issues, losing a job, or accidents. At other times changes are caused by choices we make; for example: dating and marriage, parenting, or retirement. Still other changes occur in the mind, as you learn that some of your assumptions about life were mistaken. This booklet is about my journey as I dealt with that third kind of change.Growing pains are the difficulties you face when dealing with those changes. My growing pains were spread throughout my lifetime but crested in my older years, after I retired. They centered on my belief about the human soul. I kept finding scriptures that proved that my belief was incorrect. The Lord saved me, then called me to preach.I studied at two colleges, one seminary, and two public universities. I graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Psychology from Kansas State University in 1976. I pastored thirteen years, then served twenty-five years as a college professor. Since retirement, I have devoted much time to writing.

CORETHA GANTLING, affectionally known as Sister G has loved children since she was a child herself. She began teaching Sunday school as a teenager, and more than five decades later she still teaches Sunday school and the children in her day care, Gantling Family Day Care Home. Ms. Gantling taught children in grade first through eighth grades in public schools for twenty-nine years using creative effective teaching strategies and methods to help them search for and accomplish their own purpose driven life. She believes with the right approach children from all walks of life, whether public, private school or Sunday school can have great success and become accomplished citizens in their communities and beyond. She also believes our children are our greatest asset and the key to our nation becoming more unified under God. Ms. Gantling is uniquely qualified to empower church leaders, Sunday school teachers, Pastors, Day care owners, and Christian school principals among others. She mentors young ladies twelve to twenty-five years old known as The Holy Girls. She teaches them how to sew, how to cook and most importantly she trains them Gods way through life’s lessons from Gods word.
