Shannon and Christina McAteer are a Christian husband and wife team who founded and lead SEAKERS Aquatic Adventures, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit in North Carolina that uses Scuba Diving and other small group activities to lift others up and give them hope with a focus on youth, at-risk youth, and people with disabilities. They were both pilots in the U.S. Army with a combined 32 years' military experience and both served in Iraq and Afghanistan during numerous combat tours.

MY ANGEL ON THE PLANE by Druscillin A. McDonald. The family devotions in my home as a child played a pivotal role in my spiritual journey. At the tender age of three, I was anointed by the Lord. In later years, my vision of Christ returning and my heavenly experience helped to reinforce my spirituality. God has a purpose for my life, and I believe He was trying to get my attention. He was determined to save me from destruction. I had many disappointments along my journey, but I can very well say, "Through many dangers toils and snares I have already come." My conscience bothered me, and I asked God for a real-life experience and a connection with him. Having a medical episode on the plane where I met this woman, my angel, was no coincidence. This was an encounter that changed my life and brought me closer to God. My Angel on the Plane will prove to others that God truly cares for us, and we have guardian angels. We just need to pray and exercise faith, and God will do the rest. I have learned to rely on God totally. I pray that everyone will come to realize what a great and awesome God we serve and that He specializes in the impossible. Druscillin A. McDonald is from the beautiful island of Jamaica. She was raised in a Christian home, and although she did not always demonstrate Christian principles, it always rested on her conscience to get back on track with God. She re-consecrated her life to God and enjoys seeing others give their lives to the Lord. She has served her church as Women's Ministries Director and Head Deaconess. Druscillin believes the Lord has a special purpose for her life. She prays that her real-life testimonies in her book My Angel on the Plane will help others to realize that God is real and He comes through for us in our most difficult and impossible situations, if we only pray and trust Him. Growing up in family of all boys besides Michelle's mama. Michelle often wondered what it would be like to have a little sister who would share the same common interest as her. Michelle shared the same father as one of her brothers Doran and when she learns that her mother is expecting to have a new baby. Michelle finally gets her wish for a little sister. With her father being in and out of prison and leaving mama to raise her children and her new edition. Michelle's mama decides to move on with her life and meets a man named Lee. Mama appeared to be happy with this new man in her life and there was talk of marriage. Lee didn't have any children at the time and appeared to be willing to take on the father role to mama children. Michelle couldn't help but wondered what her father would say or do when he gets out of prison again. What Michelle didn't know was that at the age of five her innocence, love, and trust would be put to the test. Annetoinette Foreman was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She attended Ball State University where she received her degrees in Criminal Justice and Criminology. Her career path leads her to become a social worker that deals with child abuse and neglect. Writing has always been a passion of Annetoinette's, and with her being able to turn it into a fulfilling career has been one of her greatest achievements. Since then, Annetoinette has never looked back and have been improving her writing techniques and developing a unique literary style.
When Nancy was offered a summer job at a Christian host camp in the North Carolina mountains, she jumped at the chance. Her mother's former boss and his wife were leaders at the summer camp and suggested that she work as a waitress. She had never been away from home before so when her cousin Tom also got a job there, she felt that with friends and family she would not be lonely. Her mother made Nancy promise to write a letter home every day. But instead of comforting her, the obligatory letter writing made her homesickness even worse. Fortunately, her dorm mother and the postmaster were very helpful and supportive. The first night at camp, the counselors handed out assignments and camp information. But when the counselors went to their dormitory, a gang of girls told everyone the way it really was going to be, along with the threat that if they told anyone, the gang members would harm them and possibly kill their families. Thus began a summer of sleepless nights, days filled with accidents, intimidation, fear and dangerous seduction. All of this was set against a backdrop of regal mountains, glorious sunrises, and budding romances. Where was God in all of this? Despite many prayers, the situation escalated until it came to a head in a terrible rainstorm when God showed His power and his plan to provide the camp workers with safety and peace. Nancy Baker is an avid reader and a compulsive writer who writes in many different genres from poetry to mystery. She graduated with a degree in English and worked as a technical editor. She taught public relations and writing for mass media at the university level. Nancy lives with her husband south of Nashville Tennessee.
