The angel of the Lord, appeared to Queen''s grandmother while she was yet in her mother''s womb and said. "Name her Queen Esther" and it was done. Widow of the Late Bishop Samuel McCormick, she is mother of six daughters, grandmother of twelve, and great grandmother of five; daughter of the late Bishop Solomon, Sr., and Rev Minnie Lee Williams. She is a graduate of Dillard High School and Brown Institute of Broadcasting of Fort Lauderdale, Fl. Later, she received a Bachelor''s Theology, International Seminary Plymouth, Florida; Honorary Doctorate of Divinity, Undenominational Bible Institute, James City, North Carolina; Masters of Biblical Studies and Doctorate of Ministry, Logos Graduate School, Jacksonville, Florida. In addition to continuing her education, she was an active participant in political and civic organizations including but not limited to the PTA at her children''s school, the Urban League, Operation Big Vote, and Kiwanis; and served as President of CUSH (Churches United to Stop HIV).Her extensive broadcast ministry began in the mid 1970''s until 2015, included radio stations WEXY, WRBD, WAVS, Broward County and WIYD, Palatka Florida; WGEN T.V. Miami, Florida, "FEEDING THE FLOCK". She is Apostle/Founder and Ordained Bishop of New Birth House of Prayer for All People. Founder and President of Compassionate Hearts and Serving Hands, non-profit in Broward County; Juveniles Achieving Goals and Women of Potency; Co-founder, with her late husband Bishop Samuel McCormick, South Florida Gospel Quartet Convention. Other attributes are Author, The Elect Lady in Ministry Now revised 2017, ELECT LADY IN MINISTRY NOW; recording Artist, CD, "You Gotta Do What You Gotta Do," "No Greater Love," "Jesus on the Main Line," and "What a Friend We Have in Jesus." Her life-long singing ministry is an integral part of her preaching and healing ministry.Having labored in the ministry for over 60 years, committed to the cause, Dr. McCormick''s vision remains to advance the kingdom by winning souls and feeding the flock of God. She currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with her family.
