What if we could increase the percentage of the times when we have a good idea versus a bad idea? What if we could increase the number of times that we have joy, versus the times that we have sadness? What if we could increase the times that we have strength, and decrease the times that we have weakness? What if we could increase the times that we have peace, versus the times we experience drama? What if we could increase the positivity in all of our actions, versus the amount of time we spend producing negativity for ourselves and in other people's lives. What if we could increase the percentage of the times that we made a better choice? Lessons From the School of Hard Knocks is the stimulus for your Body, Mind, and Spirit to take notice of opportunities to examine the subconscious behaviors that affect our free will of choice. This book is designed to give advice and instruction to help us understand how our thoughts are influenced, how our behavior patterns are developed, and provide awareness of our power to change our thoughts and behaviors. We can achieve positive outcomes in our lives if we understand the role of our brain and how it functions in developing our thoughts. Once we understand this, we can intentionally transition our thoughts from the influences of society (third-party programming) to the influence of something bigger than ourselves, guided by an unchanging and consistent concept of love. We have the power to change and control the influences on our thought processes. Lessons From the School of Hard Knocks is designed to provide the answers and tools we need to overcome a hard knock life.

Author, Linda Merritt, addresses the surprisingly common and often misunderstood issue of clergy sexual abuse (CSA) of adult women. Desiring to bring understanding to this complex issue, Linda explains how predatory clergy can betray the trust of wounded, broken, vulnerable women, and imprison them in invisible dungeons of abuse, often for years. She also explains how emotional prisons are as real and as effective as prisons made of concrete and steel. She hopes that in this book women abused by clergy will find comfort, understanding, and hope for healing and wholeness. While reading her autobiography, you will weep, you will laugh, you will feel her outrage, and you will share in her ultimate triumphs over a lifetime of trauma and staggering personal losses. Her answers to questions so often asked of victims of CSA as to why they didn't, "just say, 'No!'" are uniquely credible and worthy of consideration. She knows the answers to those questions far better than most. Now transformed from a victim into a survivor, she is a member of the sisterhood of the Betrayed! Linda is an author, public speaker, and minister to abused women. She welcomes the opportunity to speak to your church or civic group in her spirit of undaunted positivity and hope. She can be contacted at: lindamerritt184@gmail.com. This is a must-read if you or anyone you know has been abused by clergy as an adult. BETRAYED! A True Story of Adult Clergy Sexual Abuse is the story of one person's life that was vulnerable from an early age to be the target of abuse and sexual exploitation. I locked myself in the bathroom and I fell to the floor crying uncontrollably after yet another abusive narcissistic attack from my fiancé. This was the seventh year of the hidden emotional, mental, and psychological abuse. The pain surged through my body like waves and it seemed to cripple every fiber of my being. I began to break in that very moment. I recalled every single person whose ever hurt or mistreated me especially men in relationships. I had given so much of myself away and yet I always found myself crying. I finally cried out to the one person who I never fully gave my heart to. I cried out to God for help! I was at my lowest and when the broken little girl in me cried out, "My Father Heard My Cry". Shantel Young is the founder of Sis Shantel DOTMHGOI Women's Restoration Ministry on YouTube. God called her to create this ministry after delivering her from a narcissistic relationship in July 2020. God then led her to write " My Father Heard My Cry " as a deliverance aid for his daughters that are still in bondage in these relationships. She is the mother of one daughter, Sanaii Harris. She is a yielded vessel to The Most High God. She desires for all of her sisters to awaken and run into the arms of true "LOVE" for the first time!

Jesus was given instruction by the Holy Ghost to go to the other side of the Sea of Galilee. It is not revealed in the Bible whether He knew what His assignment was once He arrived-He simply knew that He was to go. As a violent storm came, the disciples feared for their lives while Jesus slept. When Jesus cleared the storm, He told His disciples that they were going to the other side no matter what happened-the disciples did not share His faith as strongly. It's essential to believe God's Word and walk by faith, not by sight. Jesus said that the Bible and the works that He did, and the greater works we shall do, teach us how to walk in power as He did. Going to the Other Side by Samuel Taylor addresses how we can walk in spiritual power as Jesus intended. Understanding the power that we have when we allow faith and patience to work together, and discovering the power of the spoken word, compassion, Jesus's death, communion, and baptism in the Holy Ghost are essential for believers to walk in spiritual power as God intended. Through this book, an unbeliever can come to the Lord and a believer can walk in the power of the Word. Taylor's wish is to help those who read his book to better understand these powerful, spiritual principles and inspire them to walk in power, making a difference in their lives and the lives of others. Sam Taylor is the Founder and Pastor of Vision Church in Martinsburg, West Virginia. He is also an attorney and has earned degrees from Ohio Wesleyan University and the University of Baltimore School of Law. His greatest pleasure is being with family and he also enjoys watching his favorite teams: the Orioles, Ravens, Capitals, and Buckeyes. Sam and Bonnie, his wife, have seven children and seven grandchildren.

"Taking God to School" is a work of bold heart and pure faith. Written in simple text and illustrated by the author in pictures in the style of classroom "Writer's Workshop" drawings, it presents children's rights to practice their faith and beliefs throughout the day- especially at school! Separation of Church and State has been quoted and used inaccurately to discourage and at times prohibit families and students from demonstrating their faith and their rights to freedom of religion. Children can say grace, privately pray, include God and Jesus in their writing, bring and read their Bibles at school! In a world in need of bringing faith back into homes and schools, may this book help educate teachers, families and students while spreading God's glorious love as He walks with you through each moment of every day! Alison Adams is a passionate child of God and an experienced elementary education and early childhood teacher. In her over 25 years of teaching, she taught in private, charter and public-school settings. In her classrooms she has always demonstrated her faith and love of Christ openly and lovingly by her living example and through songs, stories, service projects and the inclusion of all families and students' values, beliefs and traditions. She proudly served as the sponsor of a student-led faith and Bible study group- F.I.S.H. (F-faith, I-inspiration, S-service, H-hope) - the only club of its kind in the area. She has been a champion and supporter of student and families' religious rights and freedom and worked to change school and district policies to support them. She now lives happily on a 10-acre farm in Keene, NH with her husband, chickens and dogs which she counts among her many blessings.

The oceans are dry and the Atlantic basin is covered in swamp and three-hundred-year-old forest. The world is still recovering from the last great battle. Ancient cities are rebuilding, yet slowly. All minds eventually turn to the center of the world and the great city New Jerusalem. Captain Caleb Carson's last memory was of a falling mortar. Where were his men and who was that smiling Latino lady kneeling by his bed? The world had changed and he realized there was no going back. He would soon find that heaven was nothing like what he had imagined, nor what his place in it would be. John Roberts spent three years studying scripture and two years as an assistant pastor in a mainline Christian denomination. He has, since early childhood, been fascinated by our future lives in heaven. He has presented to the reader an alternative view to the cloud and harp version we've all heard. He welcomes comments. Money from Heaven is based on a true account and testimony of my Mom and daughter. My Mom, was a young widow woman at the age of 36, who when she was in her mid-50s God allowed my Mom to witness a miracle from Heaven. The purpose for this book is to glorify God, to share my Mom's testimony with the world, that God loves His Creation and He will never leave you or forsake you, all you have to do is believe. Jesus is Real! God revealed his love for Thelma as a young child when her parents sent her and her older sister Lorraine to vacation Bible school one summer. From those summer classes God opened her heart so that Thelma began to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ His Son, she talked to Jesus as He was her very best friend. At night she would lay on her bed, look out the window at the stars and talked to Jesus telling Him everything that was on her heart. She attended Camden County College and Rutgers School of Business. God blessed her with a career in the payroll industry which she has remained for almost 40 years. Thelma loves the Word of God, she loves children, gospel music, going for walks, and playing Scrabble. She is a mother, and "Mom Mom" to two beautiful grands, an Auntie to many nieces and nephews and resides in South Jersey.

Are you single and hoping to find Love? Maybe you've been divorced or hurt from past relationships? Perhaps you are already married, yet you feel something is missing in what you truly desire from your spouse? No matter your relationship status, feeling loved and truly loving another is crucial when deciding to spend your life with someone. The Bible gives us a clear description of the love God intended for us in First Corinthians, but just how many of us are settling for less? Jen Jeffrey Billington has experienced several relationship mistakes and learned valuable, Godly lessons. After seeing the amount of people who continuously struggle with searching for a relationship or being in an unhappy one, Billington decided she wanted to help them. In her book Breadcrumbs: Finding True Love's Trail, Billington describes how she ran the gauntlet of love and acquired the God-given wisdom to help others to, once and for all, find true love. When we keep hitting a brick wall in our relationships, God is telling us to surrender our hearts to Him. He knows our innermost desires, and He knows how to heal us from within. We must surrender and trust in Him fully, our heart cannot receive what He has for us. Until then, God leaves breadcrumbs to guide us on true love's trail, and the more we gather and follow the trail He's left, we soon find ourselves sitting at the table to feast.

Writing this book has been a journey. I'm grateful to be alive and able to do it. Forty years flew by so fast. Two months from the time I write this, the age of 60 I will be. That's the greatest miracle, God is and shall always be to me, number one. He never needed me. He sustained me because He now chooses to use me. He is the master sculptor, I'm just a vessel. Looking back at my life, all those memories God reminded me in detail. I now can see my folly. God still loved me even when I was deep in it. I walked away, He never left me. God is real. I believe He's touching your heart as you read this. My life with all that craziness: motorcycle and car wrecks; injuries; drugs; alcohol; jail; court; probation; fines; hospitals; counseling; rehab; the pain inside my heart; being the outcast, the loneliness, all these things I did to myself because I had to do it my way. God, in his infinite wisdom, used all those things to mold me. As I said He is the master sculptor. The old man is gone, God made me new. I am so happy and grateful. Let him sculpt you. A forty-year power struggle between good and evil. A true life story of a man who wanted to serve God. But the lust of the world and the Devil's schemes were too powerful to resist. He was living in a world of chaos; drugs, alcohol, women and even including murder. So God sent His son to give this man special attention. A life's journey to save one precious soul out of the hands of Satan. Chris Maguire PO Box 7354, Ventura, CA. 93006

Everyone experiences a moment of brokenness at some point in life. Nevertheless, nothing will change in your life unless you make a conscious decision to alter the trend of events. The Eternal Creator and Sustainer of the universe is not obligated to your success if your choices do not align with his divine purpose. Whatever you envision and belief is what you become. Your vision is a compelling force that will ultimately define your destiny. King Saul and his army saw an undefeatable giant in Goliath. For 40 days, they were petrified, confused and demoralized. But David saw an opportunity to reveal God's glory and deliver his kinsmen. We all see situations differently. In life you are limited by the size of your vision. The bigger, clearer and focused your vision the better your life. Make use of every good opportunity, because the lives of others depend on it. Torbor McDonis Kugmeh Sr. is a Charismatic Christian; a proud native of Liberia, is currently married to Iris Johnson-Kugmeh. Their union of 13 years is moving strong and blessed with two wonderful children: Divine and Charisma. As a child born in abject poverty, Torbor believes his devotion to the Almighty God, quality education, a vision for success and a refined character were his best options to escape the grips of poverty. Torbor had no choice if he ever thought of alleviating the challenges that life would present. He credits his entire education from kindergarten to first degree in Chemistry/Mathematics at Cuttington University to the Liberian education system. Torbor currently holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from Drexel University Graduate School of Engineering in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His desire to succeed in life motivated him to pursue his goals diligently. Today, based on the choices he made, Torbor's family is financially stable. If he made it, so can you.
