He would be underneath his covers laughing out loud as he imagined himself as one of the characters in the story. Amar would come over to his mother and retell the story with stars in his eyes and joy in his voice. During this time his mother worked with teens and adults many of whom could not read past the First-grade level.Oftentimes young black boys are made to believe reading is not "cool". Providence Heights Campus in Issaquah, Washington, was designed in the 1950's as state-of-the-art modern gothic architecture and completed by the Sisters of Providence in 1961. The purpose of the campus was to give equal opportunity to women religious on an equal basis to the men of the Catholic Church. Providence Heights was only one of two for that purpose in the United States. Times were changing in the Catholic Church during the 1960's and by 1969 the original purpose of Providence Heights as an educational opportunity for women became untenable. The campus was sold to Lutheran Bible Institute and eventually to The City Church.In 2016 the property was listed as endangered by the Washington Trust for Historic Preservation.Local and regional groups fought hard to preserve the campus. Herein Volume 3, we continue to explore principally relativistic rocket flight in so-called astral planes.Accordingly, we include formulas for relativistic rocket flight performance, fuel supplies, shielding, and the like. However, in Volume 3, we cover yet more extreme rockets and astral planar analogs than in Volumes 1 and 2. For example, we cover Lorentz factor analogs of Special Relativistic Lorentz factors as great as roughly canonical ensembles and greater as well as analogs of more still more exotic forms of physical realm relativistic rockets.We approach the notions of astral planar flight in formulaic detail in the following manners.First, we consider astral planar variables in associated equations and formulas as derived from axiomatic modifications of equations and formulas for conventional relativistic rocket flight.Second, we assume closely parallel formulaic analogs with known relativistic flight formulas under the assumption that since it appears that the laws of physics in our physical realm are the way they are because that is the way they must be for the physical cosmos to per due.Third, we assume that the fundamental constants in astral planar laws are analogs of those in the physical realm and indeed must be so as to provide stability in astral planes and associated rocket travel. The first level is most closely analogous to the physical realm accept at a higher more refined level. The author proposes theoretical concept validation of a staged compression gun able to accelerate projectiles and spacecraft to Keplerian velocities and even to relativistic velocities. The fundamental concept is to use a space based linear accelerator to propel small fission/fusion devices to produce a propellant runway. Prior theoretical art explores the basic concepts of fusion runways. Accordingly, nuclear fusion fuel pellets or other fuel pellets would be distributed along a substantially linear path for interception by a spacecraft. The fuel pellets would then be captured and processed in nuclear fusion reactors or otherwise detonated in proximity to a spacecraft. While various means of distributing fuel pellets for deep space travel has been proposed, this paper proposes novel methods of dispensing the pellets.
