Like never before the schools are implementing changes for the children's learning dynamics through the computer and the internet. This little book provides a review of simple live dynamics that allow for children to think how to deal with challenges in a peaceful and more emphatic way, for the beginner there are too simple but for the experienced clinician and the teacher it is easy to modify this dynamics to the relationships and conflicts in the group as well as adjust the complexity of problem solving according to their developmental milestones. There are morals and values, but mostly an opportunity to unfold the journey to peaceful resolution of problems so we start preventing school violence before it becomes more destructive and harmful.

The public lynching of George Floyd re-exposed the rotten underbelly of America and this, together with the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on Black and Brown communities, the global Black Lives Matter protests, and the racist, xenophobic demagoguery of Donald Trump, resurrected the old debates about medical racism, race relations, implicit bias, vaccine nationalism/vaccine imperialism, structural inequality, police brutality, vaccine hesitancy, unethical human experimentation, vaccine diplomacy, qualified immunity, conspiracy theories, and social justice. After we had gone out for a while, a few months, I met Maria, and I did not have enough time to spend with Cindy, anymore. Kingston Yacht Club (KYC) is located in the historic city of Kingston, Ontario, Canada, on Lake Ontario, where the first sailing vessels on the Great Lakes were built in the 1670s. This is a story of a humble nine-year-old, girl who was born with a Congenital Bilateral Club Foot. Her place of birth is Bolivia, South America. She was not considered handicapped and was living a compatible normal life. Her symptoms became obvious and more of a problem as she grew. The doctors in her small town did not give her many options for a cure because her feet were left untreated. However, by her tenth birthday she met a lady who had compassion the way she looked, and thus saw the necessity to provide her with the assistance necessary to correct her deformity. I had not started this work as a book. My first guide had been created as a patient handout about thyroid disease. My need was practical and simple. I see the patients every day in a clinical setting, and every day, I must give an explanation about the same health problems. This experience helped me to identify the gaps in common knowledge typical for many people. It is not easy for a person without a medical background to grasp all information in a time-limiting and highly stressful environment of a doctor's visit. My goal was to create a simple but meaningful guide with essential information that the patient can take home, read without rush, and then plan the changes she or he needs to do to take control over the disease.
