My book deals with different aspects of life. It speaks more to the struggleswe all have experienced in our daily lives and also the love we have forsomeone we care deeply about. Above all, my book is also spiritually andmentally uplifting. I understand that there are times when some of usmay feel down about something and feel like giving up, but my bookencourages those who feel hopeless that there is hope. And that nothing istoo late to win in the end.

Hurdle after hurdle, everyone's experiences are their own. This memoir's filled with some of mine. Mixed with a bit of poetry and some spicy language, this was written to help you divide and conquer your trauma. This memoir may get a little too descriptive, but this is a complex topic that needs to be addressed, and societal changes need to be made. Trauma affects people to their core; no matter what has hurt you, we have all had to endure something that has negatively affected us. This book won't be the magical fix for everyone, but if it helps at least one person, I've done my job. Yes, there will be some triggers in this story, so read with caution. Please enjoy as I open up about some of the lowest and highest points in my life; this wasn't easy, but it's a topic that needs to be discussed. It's time to make people uncomfortable until changes are made. No one should feel like they can't walk the streets, grab a drink, travel alone, or do everyday life basics because others can't control their "urges." We've addressed it enough that people should finally feel safe by now, but they don't. Society needs to do better.

Nursing is in high demand, especially amidst the current Covid-19 pandemic. However, while the supply could be there for nursing students to meet the high demand for nurses, few rarely know the immense pressures of nursing school, the coursework, the standardized exams such as the HESI, the Exit HESI, and finally the dreaded NCLEX-RN exam. Nursing takes a tremendous mental, physical, and emotional toll on future nurses both inside and outside of the classroom setting. Therefore, who is better to write a study guide using two prominent nursing text books on both the EXIT HESI and the NCLEX-RN exam, than a former MSN, CNL student herself. The textbooks are "Saunders Comprehensive NCLEX-RN examination" by Silvestri, the 7th edition and "HESI Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN Examination" by Al-Arabi, Cuellar, Dufrene, Garner, Jemison, Law, Leland, Pine, and Ralph, the 5th edition. This study guide version of these two popular Nursing textbooks will benefit nursing students who need one clear and concise resource that will meet their needs. Additionally, this book includes HESI hints and pyramid points that are highlighted throughout the book and chapters on Personal Nutrition and Fitness, and Mental Health and Wellness.

Poems written from observations, inner searching, sudden insights. My poetry has been called accessible and indeed I make an effort not to be obscure or mysterious. These poems were written before and many after COVID. They are usually short but several are a longer fit.

Was your pocket "picked" during the Great Recession of 2008? Did you take a hit on your savings or retirement or maybe even lost your home? Ever wonder how that could happen? Ever thought about getting revenge on those who snatched your purse strings? Well, where our federal government failed to protect its citizens from such outright theft, Professor Kendrick Laberday is more than happy to take up the slack. In his unique and most deadly brand of justice, the disarmingly charming but violently sociopathic professor is intent on dispatching in a very public manner those who he believes played a part in stealing his money. The courtroom? Very public settings, as the point is to try these criminals in front of the good citizenry of our country. The judge and jury? Kendrick will be happy to handle those duties. The punishment? To say the least, unique and administered in a way that only the dark mind of Kendrick could configure. The thrills and chills of these strange high-wire acts can be found in only one circus. Welcome, all, to Professor Kendrick Laberday's circus of justice.Following the professor's deadly trail, which provides for more twists and turns than the Mississippi River, are Minneapolis Police Department investigators Mark Truitt and Sylvia "Sylkie" Maune. The detectives have no idea what they're in for as the case becomes more puzzling the deeper they dig, even, at times, swerving too close to home. More and more ugly facts about the self-described "ringmaster" bubble to the surface as the case deepens and push the investigators ever farther into the murky world of the professor's dark circus.
