Both the California and Italian vineyards burn down at the same time. How can that be? Is the mafia involved? The Biondi Brothers is a faith-based novel centered on four brothers whose persona and lives are vastly different yet firmly intertwined, not just through blood, but also the in-heritance of two wineries. Personal peace evades them until each, in his own unique way, discovers and accepts God into his life.

It's amazing how one can wake up one day and discover that the person steering back at you in the mirror is a total stranger and not the same person some forty years ago. Am I speaking of physical appearance? No! I expect that at some point of time in one's life the body will change. Paul said in 2Corinthians 4:16 For which cause, we faint not; but though our outward man perishes, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. As I steered hard and long into the mirror, a light came on in my i head and I could not help but wonder what had happened to the person forty years ago? Where did I go wrong and how can I fi x it?

We are told from a young age to do the right thing, obey the law, don't get in trouble... don't go to prison! But, one is never told what to do should you end up there. After being sentenced to a 50 month federal prison stint, Stasha Starr knew the system was designed, not to rehabilitate, but to cripple anyone entering it: nothing promising, uplifting or educational to contribute to a person's future. In order to not end up back in the judicial system she had to unlearn the daily negative information that was being funneled into her life. Her Spirit. Her Soul. She would have to out think a system that was designed to break her and, instead, use the limited resources that were available to her upon her release. Whether you've been in prison, the foster care system or have just never been taught basic life skills, this book is for you: A step-by-step guide to reforming your life. It's never too late to become the best possible version of yourself. No more excuses. Now is the Time To Get Into Position.

Deprived Expression Vibes ~ Pivotal moments of raw and unfiltered emotions This is a book of poems that describes, in many instances, different situations or feelings about what someone may be going through at a moment in time. Each poem has a different mood or tone that it can gravitate to. Some examples are sexual, sad, mad/angry, happy, in love/romantic, and motivational/influential. I want people to be able to (depending on their mood that day) think about my words and pick up this book to find a poem that relates to that vibe and read it. For example, you may be dealing with drama at work. I have a poem called "e;Days Like This..."e; that may relate to the mood or feeling you are having about not getting the answers you need. You may go into a daze of reflection and wonder why and ask yourself, Why I am I not getting the response that I want? Another example is the poem called "e;Lie So Much."e; You may be dealing with haters or liars talking bad about you, and for them to cover their own asses, they lie on you and make it seem like you are the crazy one.I want you, the reader, to be able to relate to the words because these words are true in everyday situations. I would expect my target audience to be one who will appreciate the value of the words and work and help them relate to what I am speaking about. I don't have any books that come to mind that I can compare this one with. However, when you read these poems, you will want to read them over again. My poetry is different because it explains a lot about the ups and downs any given person can go through daily. People may be thinking these things, but they can never verbally express themselves like this. And that is the main reason why I am naming this book Deprived Expression Vibes because there is a vibe for every mood someone may be in. This book is my testament of the last thirty years of my life and especially of everything that occurred in 2020. I allowed myself to be vulnerable and free my mind of all the pent-up feelings I've had over the years. I literally put my foot down, and I couldn't take the bullshit anymore. It is my way of healing the soul.

This is an engaging story about a little boy named Greyson who experiences the magic of nature when his grandmother takes him for a walk in the woods. During the outing, Greyson explores the sights, sounds, smell, and feel of the forest, learning details about its inhabitants along with the fun of using his imagination in the process. The evocative writing and the simple pleasures of discovering the natural world, carry the audience along on the adventure. With vivid description, the author introduces the reader to the simple wonders of nature. The joyful enthusiasm and curiosity with which Greyson and his grandmother approach all the forest has to offer will spur young readers and their caregivers to get outside and undertake such explorations themselves.

This raw and unvarnished memoir is about the life of Tillie Porter from the age of nine through twenty-three. Tillie is from the streets; she worked as a stripper as well as a shot caller, dealing with people in high places. The book is about the hard times she went through and the lessons she learned in the process of beating the odds and overcoming her past. Some lessons she learned came from older people who taught her a lot about the streets, and they didn't sugarcoat anything. She tells all-the good, the bad, and the ugly. This is a real street book, honest and straightforward, written exactly how she used to speak when she was on the streets.

In 1986, Collette Schoenegge camped across the U.S. on her own. The most significant item she felt she packed wasn't her sleeping bag, but a small spiral bound notebook. She had decided to start journaling, and would end up keeping journals for the next 35 years. Her life has taken her across the continent from Alaska to Nantucket Island. Her life has been dynamic, ballistic, carefree, wild, and at times daunting and hopeless. She has had some unimaginable joys, and some unspeakable losses, but somehow has continued to embrace who she truly is. What she found after looking back through her journals, was a life full of people who have given her a little piece of their soul, and she feels that has made all the difference. Collette's fascinating memoir-journal chronicles what it takes to have a big soul and to know and experience life unhindered, vibrant, and full of gusto. Reading her thought-provoking insights will inspire readers to take road trips, smile, and at best, make a small difference in the world each day.
