When I look in the mirror, I see a Proverbs 31 woman, a woman that loves God with all her heart, a woman that loves to make people smile and laugh, and a woman that loves her custodian job with a passion. I take it to heart whatever my hands do. A woman that fears the Lord, a woman that loves her family that will try to keep it all together, but finding out through it all, I held on to God's unchanging hand. God turned everything around and showed me the way in Proverbs 5:6, "In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths." This book has not been so easy to be written; many distractions come, but in the process, you have to fight and keep stepping over the stones of life that come your way. An God has blessed me with a soon-to-be family; Mrs. Towanda Michelle Jones; my best friend and soon-to-be husband, Minster Antonia Laron Jones; my boys, Sameriza Green and Damerizae Green; my nieces, Kia and Angle; my mother, Nettie Lacey; Elder Johnny Lacey, my stepdad; missionary Auntie Lacie Stoudemire; my pastor, Castellanos Williams; First Lady William's son, Tyler Williams; Church Mother E. Cage; Sister Loletia; and my whole church family at Ming's Temple Church of God in Christ.

"Who am I?" Just a member of society who's taken notes on what has and hasn't worked for him."Why am I writing a self-help book?"Because if I really can make the world a better place, then I feel it's my responsibility as a member of society to do so. It's one of my theories. I had never really thought of writing out my theories. They've always just popped up as the situation warrants it. Until my friends started calling them "Stevoisms," it hadn't even dawned on me how many of these theories I actually had. I decided to go with 101, or so, of my theories for this book. Now what should I call this book? The Book of Stevoisms sounded kind of like a book of jokes more than a book of theories that can make the world a better place-hence the title, Me in Theory.

This book is written for you. Its a story that is your story. It is a wise and witty story of 20-plus years of work with medical professionals, hospitals and survivors of critical illnesses around the country. It is a story of hope and practical advice for victims and survivors of any serious illness and their families. And it is about life and values that grew with each step the author took to help heal others.Mr. Burns was struck down with a Cerebral Hemorrhage and declared dead at age 38. But he amazed the medical people by regaining consciousness and eventually a life. And he made it his work to help heal others. The book is a roadmap to recovery and is a follow-up to his first book, thus the title, Live or DieAct II.

How green is green? The average homeowner is usually well-informed about which products and concepts are considered "green," but they seem to have less of an understanding of how they compare, and which things work the best for the lowest investment. Did you know that 40 percent of the average home power bill is dedicated to air conditioning in warm climates? Further, energy is spent on cooking, hot water, clothes dryers, and such. Pros and cons of various "green" products are discussed so that the homeowner can understand the smartest purchases and practices. One of the things you will learn is that the envelope of the home is just as important as the HVAC. You have to understand both to be successful. The envelope is thoroughly discussed as well as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and the various green technologies.
