Marathon and Half Marathon Training, One-Day-a-Week (It Can Be Done) describes a two-year running challenge completed by the author. The challenge was to determine if someone could successfully complete multiple marathons and half marathons during a two-year timeframe while training only one day per week. Learn if this training method might right for you and how the author came up with this idea and why. This book reveals how the author determined that marathon and half marathon training one-day-a-week is probably viable for many runners by going out and doing it over a two-year timeframe. Some believed in demons since they were in the Holy Bible. Now some think they may have met an angel that was unaware as an angel. Some even maybe a demon or at least an unaware one. Demons love to be unaware because they are more effective that way. In fact, they prefer you don't even believe they exist. This would be a great advantage to them and their goal. That said, they still have their limitations in that they were angels, but now fallen. Since they are now confined to earth and are limited, they are very real and powerful. One is self-proclaimed prince of the earth, which is of course the top one, Satan. Ralph's Angel, let's call him Jay since Ralph always did, was almost lost in time. Many years had passed when I, Ralph's great grandson and Mike, my cousin and good buddy that I called my cowboy cousin, decided to take a trip back to Ralph's old home place lost in some old forest in the next state. He had lived there some eighty or so years ago. Stories of this old three-story mansion setting on over a hundred acres were fading. So, it seemed realistic

In Men Really are From Mars, I shared my trials and tribulations with online dating as an older woman. Since publishing my first book, I have been contacted by men and women from all over the United States telling me their stories with the online dating world, and in How Many Frogs Do We Have to Kiss?, I share many of those stories with you. As more and more children spend much of their time indoors, this book takes them on a magical adventure outdoors.
