Staring at the clouds through the airplane window, Bella tried to imagine what her grandmother's house looked like. She visualized a small cottage with a white picket fence, a covered porch with an old rocker, and lush flower gardens. Anna Neusa was 96 when she died, and outlived her only daughter, Bella's mother. Why hadn't Mom and Grandma kept in touch over the years? What could've happened between them that separated them for life?Since they'd only met twice, Bella was surprised to be notified that she had inherited the estate. How had the law firm gotten her address? Social media probably helped. Bella was an author, and Sanders Publishing, her agency, was all over the internet. One great thing about being in the book business was that, with the right equipment, you could work from anywhere. And Bella supposed she might be in Phoenix for a while.Nothing prepared her for her arrival at Grandmother's. Bella's ideas of Anna Neusa were a mismatch to what she saw. How could a fortune teller, as she was called in family circles, live such a large life? From the start, finding out was unnerving. It challenged everything she'd been taught to believe about life, death, the seen and unseen. In league with the presence of her grandmother, Bella finally uncovered a 50-year-old secret that upended her beliefs. She was next in the psychic lineage and her gift was beginning to unfold. Suddenly, invisible phenomena, mysticism, science and metaphysics become mainstream. Entangled in a cycle of unending questions, Bella was swept up into the high tech world of iris and thumbprint authentication, hidden chambers and secret devices designed to further experiments in thought transfer. Was Grandmother actually related to Nikola Tesla? Her unpatented technologies piggybacked his ideas about energy movement. But Anna's interests were aimed at a different type of greater good, helping people identify their brain storms, the thoughts that prevented them from moving forward. Military personnel, veterans and first responders seemed to find their way to Anna's clinic. Although they had already completed all the conventional treatments, they were still unable to live fully. With the use of original inventions, multidimensional communication, and the gift, healers accompanied these everyday heroes over the final hurdles: mending spirits, renewing faith and rediscovering passion. As the scope of Bella's responsibilities unfolded, she became intimate with the patriot plight and aligned herself with Gran's mastermind group. The circle was composed of psychics and other brain stormers. The seer, the interdimensional medium, and the shaman provided unique, highly specialized insights into their patient's problems. Others, including Bella's sexy, skinny-dipping neighbor, Bruce, offered other types of awareness. Called the Michelangelo of wood, he chiseled away the layers that covered the masterpieces, a coveted talent in wood sculpting and in life redesign. As patients chipped away ideas that didn't serve them, the lives they dreamed of began to unfold. The Unfolding is book 1 in The Brain Storm Series.Other Books in The Brain Storm Series, also in production, are: Resurrected, In Medias Res: Into the Middle of Things, and Hidden Harbor.Other books by bestselling author Leslie Edgewater include All the Dark Corners.

  • - Family is Everything
    av Coan Family
    475,-

Jack Coan played football with Robert Kennedy at Harvard, and some forty years later rode on the train transporting RFK's casket from St. Patrick's Cathedral to the Arlington Cemetery. Later that same year, his wife, Jane, gave birth to their eighth child. To Jane and Jack, family is everything.Jane, Jack & Eight Children, Family is Everything is the heartwarming and inspiring story of the Coan family of Beverly, Massachusetts. The entire family - including Jack and Jane's children, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, and grandchildren - share their experiences and convey their life lessons on a wide range of virtues that are becoming harder and harder to find today: overcoming obstacles, ingenuity and resourcefulness, integrity, trust in God, sacrifice, budgeting, the value of hard work and education, and above all, the blessings of a large family. The life lessons come from both the good times - Thanksgiving Day football games in the back yard, vacations at Cape Cod, graduations, weddings, and births, and the hard times - growing up through the Great Depression and World War II, and battles with addiction, cancer, and dementia.Through always engaging and often humorous slice-of-family-life stories, Jane, Jack, and the children answer the question most people ask when they hear about a family with eight children: How did they do it? You'll read their secrets to getting eight children off to school (and getting them back home!), feeding ten people at a time, keeping kids entertained over the weekend, surviving Christmas morning, putting eight kids through college, and keeping the family so tightly-knit together after all of them have grown and scattered from coast to coast that the grandchildren would rather go to the annual family reunion at Cape Cod than on a trip to Europe.Perhaps the most amazing testimony is the sentiment echoed by all the Coan children: "Even though Mom and Dad had all these kids, they found time to make each one of us feel special in our own way."Jane, Jack & Eight Children, Family is Everything is a guidebook for how to be a loving parent, grandparent, child, brother, sister, friend, and neighbor; on how to make memories and capture them; on how to build a family legacy that will continue for generations.

Children young and old will love this endearing story about a child's reaction to the discouraging words of strangers. This gentle reminder that even though life seems difficult and unfair sometimes, everyone brings value to the world exactly as is!Teacher of thirty years exclaims, "This is a great book! Hurry, publish, I want to share this book over and over with my grandchildren."Another seasoned teacher states, "This book is a springboard for teaching children the importance of accepting others and themselves as unique individuals. It is a reminder that differences should be embraced and celebrated. This is definitely a message that children need to hear."Growing up is tough when you feel you don't "fit in" the way others think you should. A mother shares a story with her son to demonstrate that he is a necessary piece of a bigger picture and that it is important to be true to himself. The story helps the young boy to understand that differences can be strengths and that he really is "just right."This little book prompts children and adults to think about words that can be thoughtless, hurtful, or unhelpful and to look for what makes each person unique. The story's narrative creates an opportunity for parents and children to talk about everything from sensitive subjects like bullying to a fun and imaginative exploration of a child's thoughts and dreams. This loving exchange between a mother and son seeks to assure, not only to this little boy, but all children and grown-ups, that there is some special, one-of-a-kind gift we bring to the world.

There is one fundamental truth throughout the Scriptures: God is a jealous God. He will not accept divided loyalties.(1Ki 18:21) And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word. When Jesus spoke to the Samaritan woman at the well, he pointed out that the Samaritan people did not know who they worshipped.(Joh 4:22) Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. They worshipped many gods and among them was Jehovah. This was unacceptable. The glory of God as revealed throughout the Scriptures show God does not share His glory with any other god or man. The God of the scriptures is either everything or He will not accept any worship. (1Co 15:28) And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all. The major point of the glory of Christ is that He is Himself, the Creator of all truth, revelation, creation, and worship.

What kind of book is "HARBOR YARNS?" Fiction, to be sure. But like all fiction, there could be true events behind the tales. The reader might imagine taking a big cooking pot and tossing in some ingredients. Begin with a copious amount of whiskey broth. Certainly stir in, many hearty dashes of Garrison Keillor and Will Rogers. Then add several cupfuls of Mark Twain and Tristan Jones. Don't forget dollops and spoonfuls more of Edgar Allan Poe and Woody Guthrie. Stir it all around. Maybe, that's the book. Too little fun in this life, I think. If you're looking for a book that is heavy, estimating the number of months or years before we destroy ourselves and our planet, something to reinforce your depressed mood, this probably isn't the ticket. On the other hand...

  • - The Story of an American Protestant Family
    av David A Hollinger
    189,-

In 1921 a Pennsylvania preacher hauled his four teen-agers from a prosperous Pennsylvania farm to a bleak and arid spot on the Saskatchewan prairie. The young people had to cope with unexpected economic devastation, October blizzards, the mental illness of their mother, and the inability of their aloof and inept father to attend to anything other than leading a tiny fellowship of Pietist-Anabaptists. This book tells the story of the foursome's enduring mutual support as each struggled to survive emotionally and materially, and tried to retain fragments of the culture they had absorbed in Gettysburg. One of the four, the father of this book's author, decided at the age of thirty to begin an education so he could become a minister. His siblings supported his journey though adult high school, college, and seminary, but Albert Hollinger, Jr., found the urban society of the early 1950s alien. Unable to function in it as a minister, he became a house-painter. Always haunted by his failure to achieve voice, he took comfort from a poem prophesying confident speech in afterlife, "When this mask of flesh is broken." He and his siblings were all determined to be childless for fear of mental illness, but there was one by accident. This book's author eventually learned that he was the result of an unintended pregnancy. All four came together again in their last decades, living near one another in the church-intensive town in Southern California where the author's father had attended college in the 1930s.

    av Nati Carrillo
    345,-

For mothers, those rejected and those still in loving bonds. For women in ideal marriages and those struggling. For victims and those who love them. For health care workers advocating for others.A Bleeding Heart: Poetry of a Nurse was written with these and many other people in mind. Nati Carrillo's own life experiences guided her to write and illustrate this book of poems. She has learned human beings are made to suffer because it is through these experiences that we learn to love, to give, to sacrifice. We are stronger than we know, but it is through weakness that we grow. A Bleeding Heart says it's okay to endure pain and suffering, and someone out there is going through the same experiences. We grow together and learn to love more.

Once, Sophie Guichard was a star-the toast of Paris and Hollywood, a screen goddess hailed as the next Bardot, the next Monroe, the next Bergman. But now, in her sixties and alone in her grand villa on the Côte d'Azur, she's fallen in love with a smooth-talking stranger less than half her age. He calls himself Tony Orsini and says he's trying to float a start-up investment business. In fact, he's a Brussels pimp with blood ties to the Corsican mob and dreams of building a Stateside chain of sex clubs, starting in Miami's South Beach party scene. He spends random weekends at Sophie's place, mostly in bed, and leaves with large checks from her partly earned, partly inherited fortune. In desperation, Sophie's son J-J (for Jean-Jérôme) hires two American PIs, Max Christian and Nick Testa, to bring him evidence of Tony's real start-up business-a brothel and call-girl service operating out of a fading South Beach hotel-and his real love life with his young and equally ambitious partner, Paulette Guyot.Max, a former NYPD homicide cop, and Nick, a Special Ops combat veteran, wire the hotel with spy-cams and hidden mics and gather what they assume are the makings of a slam-dunk case for the prosecution. There's a video tour of the hotel's sex-for-sale offerings. There's extensive footage of Tony and Paulette in nonstop two-, three-, and four-way sex play. And there's a tape of a poolside lunch at which the lovers partner up with Luca Paolucci, the don of New York's last viable Mafia family. For fifty-one percent of the take, he'll finance their dream of a transcontinental "empire of the senses."But when Max and Nick present their findings to Sophie at her villa, she stubbornly resists the evidence of her eyes and ears. It's not until Tony's goons beat her J-J nearly to death that she calls the detectives back to her villa and tells them she wants them to loose "a trail of blood" in revenge. "She doesn't want detectives, she wants a lynch party," Max frets. But they accept the assignment, not knowing whose blood will be spilled along that trail. It could well be their own…

"12 Steps to Reverse Global Warming" is a very timely and important book that everyone needs to read. There are simple things that we as homeowners and gardeners can do to help reverse the fatalistic trajectory that we are on. Global warming is real and we must face up to it and do something about it. If we don't, we will continue to face catastrophic problems that will cause pain and suffering, finally leading to the annihilation of life as we know it and the death of earth. Educating ourselves is imperative if we are going to find a solution to this very life threating problem.I am a horticulturist who grew up at Sprainbrook Nursery, a family business that my parents started in 1944. We had 19 greenhouses, a large Landscape operation and a Garden Center that was voted Best in Westchester County, New York. My father was one of the best growers on the east coast and I studied Horticulture and Landscape design at Cornell University. My whole life has been spent growing plants, answering customers questions, drawing plans and writing formulas and timely tips of what to do and when to do it in the garden.I was taught the chemical way at Cornell but converted to the organic way when I learned this was the wrong way. In my transformation I took courses in organic growing and educated myself to grow plants the natural way. The way Mother Nature grows her plants. I learned the system of checks and balances that leads to sustainability. I learned a different perspective of life. I learned Nature's ways and have put them in the pages of this book. I learned by covering our earth with plant material we can make a difference.Sprainbrook Nursery suffered many hurtles including two huge fires which resulted in us employing creative solutions. This led to a greater understanding of our organic world and the problems our environment is facing. I learned many things from growing my plants the organic way. This book looks at solutions to global warming that each of us as homeowners, gardeners or occupants of this earth can employ. This is a book that everyone should read. It is important that we need to educate ourselves as to what we as an individual can do. We need to understand the problem and teach others. We need to read this book and work together to create a movement that will reverse the catastrophic trajectory that we are on. You can become part of this movement by carrying this book. The answer is in the multitude of plants that we can grow that if you follow an organic program will pull Co2 out of the atmosphere. Of the soils that we can supplement that will exhilarate this process. Of the little things that each of us can do that will help. We all need to play an important role.It is not only important to reduce the amount of contaminates that we put into our atmosphere but it is also important to extract Co2 from the air. Global Warming is real and we need to do our part to reverse this trend. This is what this book is all about. It is a quick read and a book that everyone should read. Hopefully you will make this part of your book selection.Thank you Al Krautter

  • - Nebuchadnezzar was promoted for worshipping God
    av Adeleke Dominion
    249

America is the next Nebuchadnezzar. King Nebuchadnezzar was a gentile king that God blessed. God empowered him to conquer many territories and won many battles. He became the most powerful king of that time. He sinned against God by saying he achieved everything by his own strength and did not give God the glory. God sent him to the thick forest for seven years to eat salad without dressing for his pride. After seven years, his eyes were opened, and he repented of his sins against God and worshipped him. God blessed him and gave him back the throne. God's anger does not last forever. God has blessed America the same way he blessed king Nebuchadnezzar. God has given America an unusual strength to build the greatest empire the world has never seen before. God has strengthened America to expand her territories. But like king Nebuchadnezzar, America does not give God the glory. We think we achieved everything with our strength. If America continues with her pride and not give God the glory for blessing her, God will take America to the thick forest like king Nebuchadnezzar to eat salad without dressing. We have a choice: humility or humiliation. It is just a matter of time. America will either bow down before God or be broken down before God.

  • - Revelations ''Revealed''; A Complete Exposition of the Book
    av Tiaan Jordaan
    325,-

Many previous readers of the contents of, "Awaiting the Earthquake," has described it as, "the best and most understandable exposition of the book of Revelations ever; an amazing reading adventure..." All true believers in Jesus should actually read it. While all along beholding the wondrous grace of God and getting strengthened in faith, it, in easy to understand terms, resembles a flowing action film on wide screen playing out before you, with flashing and gripping images in high speed following one upon the other, portraying our world and life as it truly is in the eyes of God. It takes you away to a reality depicted by strange images, calling up deep and teasing questions; real life as we experience daily... but in the end shows that the cross is the axis around which for all people life and all of history revolves and brings forward God's awe-inspiring message as clear as daylight. On reading it readers will most probably for the first time understand the book and e.g. see: * What the four horses of the apocalypse portray * Who the antichrist is * What should we do about the number of the beast, 666 * Who is the dragon, and the prostitute sitting wide legged on it * What about Armageddon, where blood will reach up to the horses' bridles * What does the New Jerusalem look like * What about angels holding winds over the earth like ribbons, three slimy frogs coming from the dragons mouth, a fiery dragon chasing a frail and humble woman, angels pouring out bowls of wrath on earth, etc.? Yes, what will the last earthly day and life in heaven be like? And many more about which believers wonder?Because the symbolic language of Revelations, it portrays a world apparently totally strange to us and mostly verse by verse expositions of the book overflow readers with so much information from different angles that it is difficult to find one clear unifying or bird's eye view meaning in it. Awaiting the earthquake is not the author's own speculation, but based on true and solid principles of expositing Scripture and, without leaving any verse(s) unexplained, gives the reader such a unifying view, added to three keys in hand as to enable you to see how the many messages before hidden to the normal eye can be unlocked. These keys are: * The use of symbolism and what it portrays- * The Old Testament and how John used it to convey Jesus' unique message- * The original historic situation against which this message is screened-Explaining this, in the end, in both the language of sweet dreams and nightmares, allows us to unlock God's powerful message on all of earth's history, our daily lives in the now, and what is still waiting for us. It NOT AT ALL merely carries a message of DOOM and GLOOM, but primarily opens up the riches of Gods mercy to us. Then you see what the glorified Jesus transmits to us: perseveringly live forward in true faith and love, and his glory will also more and more enfold your own heart, until you once walk on the streets of gold alike glass. THE AUTHOR; Tiaan Jordaan was an evangelical minister in the Dutch Reformed Church congregation of Escombe, Kwa Zulu Natal in South Africa for more than forty years. He st

Mr. Banta Algthrop and his friend Phlewellen, two Oglanders, grew up in a universe different from ours on a planet named Oglantia. Oglanders are a people we know here on earth as Tardigrades or Water Bears - small creatures who live in dewdrops and have been found by scientist to be considerably resilient. When they venture outside their dewdrop environment, they reach heights of fourteen to twenty feet. Like our people, they struggled through the ages for spiritual growth. After they attained fulfillment, they traveled throughout the stars of their universe upon a great ship named Homeward Bound Always seeking ever greater knowledge, maturity, and wisdom. Suddenly, in a burst of great light, the Spirit of Creation pulled the Oglanders and their great ship into our universe. They traveled through the stars until they reached our small planet. Their purpose here was to maintain the earth and its primary inhabitants, the creatures who were the embryos of the Spirit. The Return Of All That Is Good tells a tale that begins with a small girl, Annabelle, who is running for her life from a great tiger with long fangs. Annabelle scampers up an ancient tree hoping to escape certain death. At the instant she feared she may be lost, the Spirit rises from a dewdrop and engulfs the three characters in a great tornadic, spiritual event that separates them from all the world so that Annabelle, the great beast of the forest, and the ancient tree were surrounded by an impenetrable wall of wind. Within the protection of the Spirit, the three characters instantly become friends who can clearly communicate with each other. Banta suddenly stands amid the confused group and is immediately recognized by the great beast and the ancient tree. Under the influence of the Spirit, they remembered previous times when Banta influenced their lives. The story continues with Banta returning Annabelle to her parents and altering the spirits within the beast and the ancient tree so that they woul

As a slow-moving, slow-thinking, slow-acting sloth, I have to decide what is worth my limited energy.  Once I have decided what I plan to do, I do it.  When I am determined, I act.  Neither Carol nor anyone else can stop me.  Carol could not stop me from trying to cross a busy highway.  Why was I so stubborn?   How did I survive?  This is my story. - Stubby SlothWhy are sloths so stubborn?  How do you think they have survived so long?  A real adult sloth could not be stopped from repeatedly climbing down the bank to cross a major highway across the mountains of Costa Rica.  He saw a female, and nothing can stop a male sloth from crossing a highway or a river to reach a female.  Sloths actually swim very well, although they seldom do so.  This male even tumbled on his head while trying to hang on to the steep cement roadside. I lifted him back up.  All he did was crawl along to another spot to climb down.  After we repeated this scenario five times, I finally carried him hastily across the road.I photographed the entire story, except when I was lifting and carrying him.  Unfortunately, after pointing him out to me, my guide took a trail too steep for me, so no one was there to photograph us together.  The sloth did not react to my lifts, but he dug a claw into my back for security when we crossed the highway.  As always, with my books, I let the sloth tell the story from his point of view of my interference in saving his life. Why do I write children’s wildlife books?  I have always been a teacher endeavoring to interest students in how to think and how to create.  I have been promoting conservation in a variety of ways.  My high school students and I created stories that we used to interact with those in kindergarten and first grade.  Those students greeted me warmly when they reached high school and began initiating projects of their own.Why sloths?  Sloths are very appealing as well as unusual from the human point of view.  It is an opportunity to see creatures that are quite distinct from us.  I have been photographing birds, sloths, and other wildlife since 1992, when I took the Rainforest Workshop for Teachers, led by the famous guide and biologist Charlie Gomez.  After that I took many birding Borderland Tours with Charlie Gomez and Rick Taylor.  When I decided to see other parts of Costa Rica, I found Luis Barrantes of LUBARO.  Luis is a fantastic driver, guide, and photographer, who has taken me on several trips each year, finding a number of little-known spots for wildlife, and having varied experiences with different wildlife during distinct seasons.  I have taken thousands of photographs of any wildlife we encounter.  I had to use my wildlife photographs and teaching experience to introduce children to species found in Costa Rica, educating them about the importance of wildlife conservation.

I am so pleased that my Serafina is the heroine of this book about how my daughter became more independent as she was growing up.  She worked to develop her ability to make her way along a tree branch to prepare for her future.  “Mama “ SlothWhat is special about MAMA & ME?  Mama and Serafina (ME) are real sloths living in the wilderness of Costa Rica.  It is an opportunity to see how baby sloths live and travel by riding on their mothers’ tummies.  As they grow larger, Mama takes a break from her duties by parking her baby in a safe fork high in the branches of a tree.  While Mama is nearby eating, her baby Serafina is nibbling on her own and then traveling along a fairly small tree branch, practicing and developing her skills for the time when she is an adult.  Sloths spend much of their time upside down, to the human way of thinking, but comfortable for a sloth.  This means that it is easy for the baby to travel on its mother’s tummy.I photographed the entire story, so that the young reader sees what the two sloths are doing on every page of this true story, supposedly narrated by the youngster. I have taken thousands of photographs of any wildlife we encounter.I had to use my wildlife photographs and teaching experience to introduce children to species found in Costa Rica, educating them about the importance of wildlife conservation.

Amanda thumbed through her mail and afterwards went and took a hot shower and washed her hair. She couldn't believe how much it had grown. She wanted to cut it so badly because it was easier to handle when it was shorter, but Derrick begged her not to. She hoped when Derrick called she would be able to hear the phone ring. He promised to call her when he was on his way to her house. She didn't expect him until 8:00.Normally the apartment was very quiet, but whenever she was exhausted she would sleep very hard and a freight train could be coming through her room and she wouldn't hear it. Amanda wrapped her hair up in a towel and put on her favorite white oversized fluffy terry cloth bathrobe. The kettle was whistling loud piercing her ears, reminding her to make her tea. She made a large cup of tea using two of the herbal mint tea bags. The mint tea was refreshing, and it helped her to relax. She took the tea with her to her bedroom to watch the news while she sipped on the tea to calm her tattered nerves. She picked up her Bible from her kitchen table to read after she'd finished watching the news. She always liked to read her Bible before she went to sleep. It was the first thing she did in the morning, before she left for work and the last thing she did at night."Hey baby! I wondered when you were coming in here. I thought I was going to have to come in there to get you." Amanda gasped and screamed. She jumped back scalding her arms with half of the tea and dropping the cup she held in her hands. There he was stretched out across her bed as though it was his own!"Nile what are you doing here? How did you get in?"He smiled wickedly."You should've gotten a better lock for your door. It was so easy for me to get in.""You broke into my house? Are you crazy?" she yelled. He jumped up and grabbed her by the arm. She slapped him as hard as she could and snatched away from him."I want you out of my house right now or I will call the police!" "Awww! Come on baby! Now you know you don't mean that.""Oh, I don't? You just watch me!"She stormed into the kitchen to get her cordless phone. He trailed behind her to stop her. He grabbed her arm and snatched the phone out of her hands in anger smashing it to the floor. He slapped her so hard her ears began to ring, and her nose started bleeding. He grabbed her neck and began to choke her as he blurted out obscenities to her. She struggled to breathe as she viciously fought to get out of his clutches. She was near her stove and managed to reach behind her for the hot tea kettle and slammed it on his back emptying the kettle of its content on his naked body. He screamed, falling to his knees and immediately released her. She had no time to think, only to react quickly before he grabbed her again. Amanda staggered to the counter gasping for air when she saw the set of kitchen knives she'd received from her mother as a housewarming gift. She grabbed the middle knife quickly. It was the biggest and the sharpest one of all.Nile had her now by the ankle and tried to stop her before she got hold of the knives, but it was too late. She said to herself, it's either going to be me or him tonight and if it's me Lord I'm not going to die without a fight! She didn't realize just how much strength she had and at that moment she was absolutely fearless. She reared back and came down as hard as she could on his arm his face and his chest repeatedly screaming to the top of her lungs.

A book designed and directed to the fellow who wants to expand his repertoire to attract the ladies through cooking. Included are many recipes that are crafted for an intimate meal for two or four, along with discussions of the basics of cooking for the novice, wines and cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, main courses, desserts, and “post-dining”.It is a book for the bachelor to buy and for the ladies to give as a gift who want their Beau(x) or husbands to learn how to cook.It is interlaced with anecdotes regarding the author’s comedic experiences in dating, cooking and gallivanting! Additionally it includes a few lessons learned (some the hard way) with some advice on what to do and not to do.The recipes are eclectic and usually short - in number of ingredients and cooking time. The basic test for inclusion was “taste”. But in addition all ingredients had to be readily available at the corner super market.  A further criterion for those recipes solicited from friends, is that they had to be proven successes! (However you want to interpret that!).The book was a lot of fun writing over these past three years and I hope the reader enjoys it as much as I did in writing it.  Remember to “PUT SOME SPICE IN YOUR LIFE”
