The right to harm and carry instruments of offending is legislated attracting heavy spending. Let the conscience speak. Is it alright to legislate tendency to violate, offend, harm or hate among the youth? These opposing laws authorize the vulnerable to expand their scope and increase their populations in the criminal justice system. If it becomes OK to tout hatred by weapons of violence, would leadership not also legislate the immoral, corrupt, stealing, greed, embezzlement? Let's be sensitive--Violence or Sin and these Instruments perpetuate the decay factor in our society....
