Throughout the collection, she learns about her C-PTSD, dissociation, and depression and learns to care for herself while building a full, healthy life of her own.As an expansion of her spoken word album, Depression Holders and Secret Keepers, Kelsey Bigelow takes readers through the nuances of healing in an effort to show us that healing is not linear, but it is possible.
