The Sri Yantra Bhavana Upanishad is attributed to the Atharvaveda. It is a later Upanishad that illuminates the Bhavana or Deeper Emotions connected to the Sri Yantra, the body of the Mother Divine, and also the body of Divine Yogic Union of Purusha and Prakriti. It expounds the innermost intense feelings of the Soul, its basic desire, and ways and means to connect and unite with the ultimate consciousness. What is a Sri Yantra? A healing mandala diagram made by 4 Upward Apex Triangles and 5 Downward Apex Triangles, properly intertwined to represent - the cosmic forces in creation, and >The 9 Basic Triangles create a total of 43 Triangles due to the overlapping, which are grouped (shaded) as >Apart from these Triangles, - there is a central Dot (Bindu)- there are three Circles encircling the Triangles>Sanskrit Seed Sounds (bija mantra) like ॐ Om, are potent healing and nourishing energies. Sound is an energy. Pleasing sounds (meditative music, blessings) have excellent effects on one's behavior, attitude, and long-term all round success in life. An aesthetically made Mandala can become vastly superior when infused with Seed Sounds.----------Contains Black and white Plates

Sergeant Michael Dunne of the 10th Canadian Infantry Battalion has survived some of the worst fighting of the Great War. Wounded on the Western Front, he returns home to Calgary, a broken man suffering from neurasthenia and facing trial as a deserter should he ever attempt a return to the battlefield. In Calgary, he finds a complicated love with Sarah Mann, a nurse dismissed from her position because of her German ancestry. Sarah is struggling to care for her chronically ill younger brother, David, and is devastated when he finds someone to lie on his medical certificate so that he can enlist in the war. Though Michael is haunted by his memories of the battlefield, out of duty and love he follows David to the Front. Neither of the two men knows what lies ahead. It is November 1917, and Michael, David and the rest of the Fighting 10th are about to plunge into the hell known as Passchendaele. Based on the epic Canadian motion picture written by, starring and directed by Paul Gross, Passchendaele immortalizes the story of a battle that has become synonymous with the horrors of the First World War. Yet Passchendaele was also the scene of Allied victory, a triumph carried by Canadians, and one that helped form who we are as a nation. In a story of war, love, futility and sacrifice, Passchendaele reminds us of our country's greatest strengths and our lasting achievements.

A thought-provoking and eye-opening work in the vein of Sapiens, Walking the Bible, and The Language of God that offers a compelling argument for how science is not only compatible with faith, but can enrich it. For more than a century, philosophers and scientists have wrestled with reconciling evolution and religion, a debate that continues today. James Stump, the Vice President at BioLogos?a nonprofit started by Francis Collins, the scientist who led the international Human Genome Project and later served as Director of the National Institutes of Health?is both a man of science and a man of faith. In this moving and deeply thoughtful book, he shows Christians a hopeful way forward out of the morass. The Sacred Chain seeks to open the dialogue between theology and science, to be a bridge to understanding and a view of God and nature that encompasses both. Stump draws on philosophy, theology, and the latest scientific research to tackle some of the biggest questions facing humanity and people of faith today, involving issues such as:How to consider the BibleHow to understand the long history of the universeHow a mind or soul could have evolvedHow evolution factors into faithHow a species is definedHow a good and loving God could create a world rife with painDeeply researched, wonderfully accessible, and both intellectually and emotionally engaging, The Sacred Chain provides clarity in our uncertain times, revealing a bigger picture of our world and our place within it. It is a panorama consistent with the scientific findings about who we are and where we come from that can actually bolster our faith as it engages our curiosity about ourselves, our universe, and the nature of existence itself. The Sacred Chain is illustrated with 30 black-and-white line drawings.

“A genuine treasure and superb work in spiritual formation.” — Richard J. Foster, author of Celebration of DisciplineFollowing in the tradition of Richard J. Foster’s A Celebration of Discipline and Dallas Willard’s Divine Conspiracy, the former president of Renovaré calls all Christians to recenter the Christian life around what has always been its core: following Jesus.“Change” is at the heart of Christian life. As Christians, we are called to be disciples of Jesus, to actively follow his teachings and become more like him. But the church has lost sight of what has always been its center, Christopher A. Hall argues. In A Different Way, he reminds us that faith is not meant to be merely rigid and static and so guides us back to Christianity’s spiritual foundation, helping us reconnect with Jesus and live the life he calls to live.Filled with personal stories that encourage introspection, thoughtful meditations on spiritual formation, and profound wisdom, A Different Way is an interactive book that encourages reflection through daily journaling and Bible passages to read and consider. With thoughtful introspection and Bible study, we can begin our spiritual journey of actively following the way Jesus teaches us to live.

The previous book by the author was an exposé on how the narrative of falsehood of Hindu terror was conceived and propagated in the country. An attempt has been made in this book -Deception, to capture the intrinsic working of the Government through the triumphs and tribulations of the central character - Kalyan. He exposes how critical information which is testified by intelligence agencies is also manipulated by the Government which is in pursuit of larger political conspiracy by blaming one ethnic group to placate the other ethnic group. Such acts perpetuated only to appease the minorities and make them captive voters of this political formation.

The novel is a sequel to the Godfather Trilogy. It depicts the chronicle of the notorious Corleone Family as a metaphor for capitalism in America. In other words, the novel aims to shed light on the ascent of a new underworld figure, who is the product of the tumultuous events that took place and drastically changed the world we live in throughout the past three decades in terms of the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Gulf War, the September 11 attacks, and the invasion of Iraq. The Godfather IV portrays the rise of Robert Corleone (the protagonist) to power, as well as the remarkable transformations in his volatile life; from a decent, warmhearted young man, a brilliantly preeminent student, to a brutish streetfighter, and a coldblooded murderer, who eventually becomes the head of the most powerful mafia family in the whole world.

Read these stories with a bit of seriousness, forget age, keep no prejudice and bias and laugh heartily. Yes, it goes without saying, don't try to make any sense out of it at all. Of course no one will not be found. If you try to find it on the contrary, you cannot avoid the possibility of spoiling your relationship with me. Please do not read these stories late at night. Read alone. Once a serious minded friend of mine read these stories at night and he forgot his consciousness and started to laugh heartily while holding his own belly. With that, his wife woke up and was shocked to see his condition. But this did not listen and did not stop laughing. Finally the doctor had to be called. So be careful.

"In this bold hybrid collection of poetry and micro-flash fiction, the award-winning, interdisciplinary writer, and author of Side Notes from the Archivist explores what happens when god is a Black woman in a town and multiple universes in the middle of nowhere? What if god were a Black woman? What if there were other universes, and in each universe other Black woman gods? One million versions of god, and one million saints to watch over us? And what if this Black woman god was placed here on our earth? These are just a few of the questions Anastacia-Reneâe asks in this daring and mind-bending hybrid collection. A compelling blend of poetry, micro-flash fiction, and sci-fi Afrofuturism with a prose storyline and characters that connect through family, time, and place. Anastacia-Reneâe paints world(s) rich with wonder and and the paranormal as she peers into the lives of the everyday people and the spectacular creatures inhabiting not just our neighborhoods, but other dimensions. Hers is a universe of striking variety-monsters, nontraditional saints, witches, zombies, the couple in the apartment next door, the wise elders from down the block, and gods watching over us all-as well as community and connectedness. Here in the (Middle) of Nowhere is about interstellar ancestry, community and spirituality, about the things we invoke conjure and rely on to maintain our unwavering joy as we move through life. Anastacia-Reneâe's power lies in her spellbinding storytelling-her ability to bring forth lovingly rendered characters captured in powerful brief bursts of lyrical poetry, her ability to build worlds, within worlds and the ways in which she dares us to fully love ourselves and see each other in all our complexity"--

This novel "Kalangiya Kangal" exhibits the exemplary unbounded love and affection showered on me by my mother and is being dedicated to her lotus feet. In this novel, I broadly narrated the difficulties my mother underwent thorough out her life and in spite of that, the sacrifices done by her for my welfare and all the time affectionate thoughts for me. My motive is not to bring any tears to the eyes of the readers but to stress strongly to take care of them in the impossible situation of their old age. I penned down the experiences that I walked down with my mother thorough out her life during bad as well as good times. This novel depicts the moral value of love and affection which the younger generation to understand in a simple and better way and to adopt the same in a true spirit.I tried to impress upon all that under any eventuality not to abandon the parents and it is only the reciprocal exchange of hands at their old age.
