Foundations by Robert Boundy is a workbook containing two progressive drum set syllabuses; Foundations and Intermediate, designed to develop practice skills and knowledge for playing the drumkit. The lessons presented in this book are based on Robert's study and documentation of American jazz drummer Gene Krupa's 14 key drum methods. The coursework featured in this book was developed through much reflection and consideration of how music students learn. Online music teaching is embraced in the contents of this book and designed using a context-based teaching and learning approach. It centres on maximizing the effect of learning through private music tuition for students of the drum kit. Foundations contains 12 modules to work through, supported by online play along backing tracks and video demonstrations available on the Rob's Drum Shed website.

I first became interested in learning about the supersensible world - the spiritual - after living a life best described as materialistic. I focused on achieving financial security and having as many experiences or moments in which I could enjoy myself. After an experience in the Elk Mountain Ranges of Colorado, I realised that the life I was living lacked meaning and purpose. From that moment on, I wanted to learn more about myself and spirituality. It's been more than 20 years since that day in the mountains. In this time I went through many positive and negative life experiences. Over time I was able to make sense of each experience thanks to spiritual self-development and the books I read.

My book Love Me Love Me Mine: Poems from the Heart is an Autobiographic collage of life experiences. Poems written in times of uncertainty and grief, but flavoured with much happiness and Joy! I believe, there's something for everyone to enjoy in my book, written with much pleasure. I have bought to life the ordinary wonder of the mundane, of everyday life, and shared my life with you, the reader. My writings are inspired by the Love of God; Family; and My Neighbour.

Maintaining a sustainable lifestyle and following traditional values in the face of a barrage of mining and Canadian business interests is quite a challenge. This book is a comprehensive account of the history, lifestyle and values of a small Slavey Dene community in the Northwest Territories of Canada. The community is located north of the 60th parallel in the middle of the Deh Cho (Mackenzie River) Valley. It is about the history of the Dene people in attempting to maintain their traditional lifestyle and as much as possible sovereignty over their land. The Dene have a long tradition in the north dating back almost 30,000 years. These traditional people have maintained the integrity of their land by respecting what it has to offer. For the Dene life is part of the land and its maintenance is important for the future. The Dene see the land as providing for their people a spirit which became a way of life.
