In this book Rob Richards seeks to discover the answers to probing questions such as: Are Jewish people still the 'chosen people'? Why are some Christians so excited about Israel? Whats does the Bible have to say about the covenants and the promised Messiah? What does it mean to be 'joint heirs' with Israel? How do events in Israel today fit in with biblical prophecy? The role of the Land and People of Israel has continuously been neglected by most of Christendom. It has also been said that Israel is the missing link in systematic theology. The result is that the church has often not only perpetrated an anti-Judaic polemic but has also failed to understand the significance of 'covenant'. This book contains the key to understanding God's continued purposes for both he Jewish people and the church. Rob Richards' book is one of the most significant works written on the subject'. The Rev. Canon Andrew White. I recommend Rob Richards book to you with all my heart. Together we have studied, questioned, debated...perhaps it is no surprise that we have been drawn to the story of a nation whose very name means 'he who struggles with God'. Adrian Snell, musician and songwriter.

Managing for Meteors provides a conduit for passing on direct experiences, raising questions, and providing tools for new leaders to consider for enhancing the functions of local governments and getting prepared in advance of major disruptors. The American workplace, and especially local governments, faces increasingly numerous metaphoric meteors in these ever-changing times. These meteors can appear in the form of cyber-attacks, international military conflicts, continental supply chain disruption, a global pandemic, or things we have yet to imagine... Under these scenarios, inevitably the attention of leaders will be diverted from daily operational activities on which community constituents rely. Managing for Meteors is aimed at priming organizations to be as efficient and effective as possible, so when that major disruption hits - the agency will be more likely to pass the preparedness test.

Beauty is one of the most universal and timeless themes in art. Throughout history, artists have been fascinated by the human form, especially the female form, and have tried to capture its essence and express its meaning in various ways. Beauty is not only a matter of aesthetics, but also a matter of culture, values, emotions, and ideals. Beauty is subjective, relative, and dynamic. What is considered beautiful in one era, place, or society may not be in another. Beauty is also influenced by the personal preferences, experiences, and tastes of the artists and the viewers. In this book, I present a selection of my paintings that explore the concept of beauty in different historical periods and artistic movements. I have been a working professional painter all of my adult life, and I have always been interested in the history of art and the evolution of female beauty in art. I have studied the works of the masters and learned from their techniques, styles, and visions. I have also developed my own style of painting that combines realism, impressionism, and fantasy. I use realistic details, impressionistic colors, and fantastical elements to create my own interpretations of beauty. My paintings are not meant to be exact copies or reproductions of the original artworks, but rather my personal homage and tribute to them. I do not intend to imitate or compete with the masters, but to express my admiration and appreciation for their art. I also do not intend to make any definitive statements or judgments about beauty, but to invite the viewers to explore and enjoy the diversity and richness of beauty in art. I hope that this book will inspire you to discover and appreciate the beauty of art and the beauty of women in all their forms and expressions. I hope that this book will also inspire you to create your own beauty and share it with the world.

More than fifty years in the making, Paul Tipton's Strange New Cowboys: My Vietnam Stories conveys the experiences of the young American men sent to fight the confusing and controversial war in Southeast Asia. Using a unique approach to fiction, mixing poetry and short story vignettes into the traditional narrative passages, Tipton gives the reader up close views of emotionally challenging episodes in combat, in boredom, in escapism, and after the war the personal challenges of coming home, of reconnecting, of finding one's way in a hostile and newly unfamiliar America. In the Preface to Strange New Cowboys, author Paul Tipton writes, "The stories are based on my experiences in-country and on the people I met while there. They are fictional stories, although too much of it is factual and I carry those parts with me daily. However, I am no hero and the characters in these stories are antiheroes. These are the stories that my experiences have generated over the last fifty years while trying to work out what really happened-and why."
