Why do we have the freedom to choose? What are the choices we make? Why do we make certain decisions? How do we reason and select or evaluate our choices to make life work for us? Or is it about us? Pro-Choice, Pro-God, Pro-Life: A Multiple-Choice Answer for a Humanity Question addresses these inquiries and others.Choice is a fundamental freedom in a free society as opposed to a dictatorship. Choice has always been a God-given ability for angelic beings and humans. Lucifer and the heavenly host exercised their ability to choose long before God created humankind. Two-thirds of the angelic beings decided to stay on God's side, and one-third decided to rebel with Lucifer. What we choose and why we make the selections are critical to the success of life. Taking away one's fundamental right to choose creates rebellion, discord, strife, and a form of slavery. Although God may allow it, however, it is not his desire for us.Teaching and influencing people how to make better choices is key to having a better society. In Pro-Choice, Pro-God, Pro-Life: a Multiple-Choice Answer for a Humanity Question, you will explore why we as a nation must be committed to establishing and promoting better choice-making abilities, based upon proven biblical truths, and the need for embracing God's grace for overcoming past mistakes. We are a violent, sexually addicted society with a bent toward self-destruction. We cannot afford to leave our future to chance or politicians who have figured out how to manipulate the emotions of the country for their gain. By exercising our God-given ability to choose correctly, we become competently equipped as a nation to be pro-choice, pro-God, and pro-life for our humanity.

My view: This manuscript (soon-to-be-published book), I'm sure is truly a love story. It is spiritual, romantic, serious, instructional, and informative; and throughout the book reads like a love letter to God and to the author's husband-to-be, and now husband, Kelma. There were a couple or more statements in the manuscript (journal entries) that really made me chuckle. I read those about three times because I enjoyed the lightheartedness of the author, as well as my own hearty laughter, which felt very good. I'm pretty certain that this will have the same effect on other readers, as well. My sincerest thanks to the author for asking me to be among the first persons to read her manuscript. I am indeed honored. There's a subtle hint that this manuscript, once published, may be the first in a series of inspirational books, packed with love and appreciation for God, her husband, her family, and others.--Perlene P. MontgomeryThis is my personal account of the author's relationship with God, her spouse, and her ministry. Through the pages of her revealing inspirational book, Mrs. Gloria Howell-Mason presents a unique acknowledgment of God's purpose, mission, and vision for her life. In this literary record, she declares her determination to trust Jesus as she joyfully seeks to please Him daily and to inspire others to grow deeper in the love and higher in the spirit of Jesus---Audrey L. ByrdI am so honored to have been asked to read this wonderful book. What a delightful, caring, funny story. Follow Elder Gloria Mason on her journey through love loss and love again, a greater love than she would have ever known--love for God, love for family, love for the one that God has for her, as well as love for the plan he is revealing to her. It is a beautiful reminder that if we wait on the Lord, he will make all things new and exciting.--Prophetess Joyce WashingtonI thought the book was magnificent. It's a blessing to me to have lived long enough to find out how talented my daughter is and to read a book that she wrote.A. Louise Williams, Author's Mother (Member of Missionary Guild, and Church Mother)Her compassion for the love of God and the man God sent her to lean on for her to be able to freely work in his kingdom here on earth. Why is it so hard to find God, Or should I say, Why is it so hard for God to find you? There are. Those who say, "I Read the Bible often, But Can't Understand it, So I Quickly Lose Interest in it, Then I find myself Seeking a Church, and a Man of God to help me get closer to God, This after a while did not do it for me, So I left the Church, feelings even more depressed than before; Is it really that hard to make a Connection with our God? I been told by others that he said, "that he love all, and wishing that none should perish; Well why is it so hard to find him if he love us? Is our God speaking out of both sides of his mouth? I mean he did say it is impossible for him to lie, He also said what comes out of my mouth can't return void; it that is the case then, you need took at your self, and at your attempts to see what you are doing wrong; less Review, You first Started Reading the Bible, How much time did you spend reading the Bible, once a week, every other month, are just doing hollow days, did I give up my friends who were still involved in daily activities that goes against the Laws, and Commandments of God, Did you give up going to places that God would disapproval, like bars, nightclubs, where you find half nacked woman's, sliding down a pole, How about going out gambling, looking at trying to get rich, and then becoming hooked, spending money you don't have, money that could have been spent on other things, your kids, bills; Now can you see why it was so hard to understand the Bible? Could it be that you are not given your all? Less now put you on the right track, God says seek him first, and all things will be added,, all you need to do is to knock, Asked, and Seek, in the door will be opened; Next you say that you went as far as attending a church, and a minister to bring you closer to God, Let me say this all ministers are not call by God, In other words it is just as bad to hear the words of God from one who is not call to lead you even further from the truth, It's like the blind leading the blind and they both fall into a ditch; One sure way to know that you have made a Connections with God, Is when you seek him daily, Reading his words for yourself, and keeping all of his Laws, and Commandments, by you doing this you show Him that you are truly sincere about knowing him, This is when God releases His Spirit of understanding to your mind, but in small portions, and the more you read his words, the more knowledge is revealed,

Following God's footsteps and the mystery of God's will in Christian life and walk can be a daunting task. Multitudes of voices, life choices, and sociocultural options and challenges make it hard for one to perceive and understand clearly when God is truly speaking and what does His message entails. Thus, like Abraham, it may require an absolute departure from the habitual way of life to a far-out city, country, or region where God can start with us anew. Also, we must be willing to surrender our will to God's will and follow in His footstep wherever He may lead in daily life. Now that requires self-sacrifice and applied humility--a practical death to self.At times it's about listening to God's voice through a moral, spiritual, or ministerial decision. Other times it's just about family life crises, or it can be regarding political or social issues. God's will happens when we commit to listen to His word and apply it to practical life effortlessly for His sake. This author lived through it all and acknowledges that God's will is about following in His footsteps in every area of life--however mysterious or difficult it may appear. God's purpose for our lives' journey is already set in heaven--surrendering to His purpose will lead to a very content, satisfying, and joyful life regardless the challenges we experience throughout our lifetime. This autobiography will challenge you to begin exploring God's footsteps in different facets of your own life and intentionally pursue His mysterious plan.

All of us experience times of joy and sorrow, times of success and failure, and times of doubt and certainty. In our lives on earth, we need to ask ourselves why we are here and what purpose does God have for us. Life is a journey. In my life, I have had the moments referred to, and my guiding light has been a belief in God and Jesus, his only begotten Son. I am not a priest or preacher, but I do have some experiences that each of you readers can relate to. My purpose in writing this autobiography is to tell you about them and hope that they will interest you and, if you need it, help you in troubled times. Modern times are truly testing all of us, and many people have turned away from God. This is a sad occurrence, and I pray that my book will convince some of you who have doubts that God does love us, cares about us, and will help us when he ask for it. God bless you, and I hope my journey will enrich your faith. Without that, we are like a ship sailing with no compass.

Who do you say your body belongs to? As a believer in Jesus, the answer should not be, "Well, me, I guess." Unfortunately, many in the church have conformed to the patterns of this world in the way they treat what the Bible tells us is God's temple. As a result, the body of Christ grows sicker each year while we pray for healing and do little to address the issues poor health habits are creating practically. This is primarily because fitness and nutrition have become secular topics for most church leaders and believers worldwide. This book jams a wrench in this way of thinking by biblically addressing the major health and fitness topics. This written case for making good health practices a part of the church and Christian culture comes with practical solutions for healthy living from a biblical standpoint. Whether you desire to serve those under your leadership better or to learn a Christ-centered approach to self-care, FIT Church will open your eyes to transformational truths that will help you to accomplish that. This book offers proven solutions for addressing your personal health practices and overcoming years of struggle with food, exercise, and mindset using the concept of faith-inspired training (FIT).As representatives of the kingdom, it is our responsibility to honor God with our very being, including our way of living. May this book help you present yourself to God with a strong mind and body unrestricted by self-inflicted limitations. May this book help you trust the Lord more deeply as you break chains of physical bondage and poor self-image. May reading this book open your eyes to new possibilities regarding your habits and physical condition. Finally, may you join in the blessing of presenting a "FIT church" to the Lord by putting what you learn from this book into practice.

The world can be a crazy place to live. The way people treat each other can be heartbreaking--the way we hurt each other's feelings down to picking on each other for the way we look, talk, and dress and even for our religion. This story is to bring people together, a different look on life when we have Jesus in our hearts and how we can look at people with a whole new meaning. And that's love. My mom told me this story when I was a child, and I asked her to write it out thirty years later, so I can publish it. The illustration in this story is how I imagined it when she told me the story. The true meaning of this book is to get people to look deeper in their hearts and notice more on the inside of people's hearts and not the outer appearance.

Silent Beauty Speaks is a collection of poems inspired by nature, both within and without. It is the author's interpretation of life and its workings. To the poet, life is more than just the mechanics of biology or the change and course of every season. Life is a rhythmic harmony of language that flows from the speechless mouths of all things living: the power of the rising sun, the mystery of the midnight moon, the allure of the forest, the crashing of the raging seas--all these things inspire thought and reason to combine into a melody of words that flows from the stream of consciousness into the rhyme and rhythm of a song that rises from the depths of the heart! To some, poetry may seem pointless. But to the poet, it is a way of transmitting her longing, expressing her vision, creating beauty with glowing script and breathy language. Some poems are wistful. Others are hard and thoughtful. Whatever the difference, each submits a vision and a longing that the author wishes to convey to her audience. Her poems are not meant to be obscure but are, rather, journeys leading to clearer vision and brighter perspectives. Some poems are mere reflections of life in the present moment, like the beauty of the sun as it sets behind an earthy veil or the quiet peace of midnight as it shadows the sky with the velvet cloak of darkness. Other poems are reflections of faith: the sorrows of life in darkness, the sufferings of humanity, and its need for salvation. Whatever the topic, the author hopes to convey her peace, her longing for creation, and her hope in the promises she believes in and seeks to share them with others.Silent Beauty Speaks is the author's loving work and inspiration of life and all its meanings.

An annual bow hunting trip for elk into the deep mountains of Montana between two friends is an adventure that is greatly anticipated by both. All of the preparation and hard work put in is essential in helping them to be prepared for the grind that elk hunting is physically and mentally. The mountains are rugged and unforgiving for those who come unprepared for the demands they present. This trip would prove to be the greatest hunt of my life for many reasons. Every day was filled with the beauty of God's creation-the sights, sounds, and smells of the fall mountains, along with many encounters with game animals of all types; some wanted and some unwanted and at some very uncomfortable distances. This trip would have moments of excitement, success, joy, danger, fear and, ultimately, a tragedy that set me on a walk unlike any walk I have ever taken before in my life, a walk that would change my life forever.

The love of God has been an issue throughout my lifetime and perhaps since the beginning of time. I questioned God's love for me, my family, and humanity in general. I drifted from a Baptist church to a Pentecostal church to finally a Charismatic church, and in every one, the love of God was questioned, assumed, and in most cases, sorely misrepresented. The content of this book is a result of the cry of my heart to God.If God is a god of love, how can He send people to hell, why aren't my prayers answered, why is there so much suffering in the world and hypocrites in the church, etc.?I believe the contents of this book answers a lot of these questions. It may not answer all questions, but where this book does not answer questions, it will set the reader on the right path to seeking the answer.

I Heard the Tales on Christmas Day is composed of twenty Christmas stories. My daughter suggested the title, and I loved it. Christmas is a delightful time of year. Christmas stories allow you to enjoy that pleasure at any time.Every story is distinctly different from all of the others. Those who have read them say this book has stories for everyone. Some of the stories will make you rejoice, and some will make you weep. My whole purpose in writing these stories was to make people feel a myriad of feelings but come away satisfied. Some of the stories were born out of deep loss that worked its way to the redemption that is Christmas. One story explores the mindset of one who hates Christmas, whose experience is challenged by the mindset of one who loves Christmas. One story lets you feel the crushing loss of independence and rejoice to find that God always has a way.God shows a preacher who cruelly judged his daughter that his sin equaled or surpassed her own. In another story, a young boy seeking to improve the life of a man on hospice finds himself greatly benefitted from his caring and challenged to pay it forward for the rest of his life.Homeless people find a way to crawl out of their circumstances so they can use their lives to help others. Another story shows how a teacher changes the life of a boy who has lost his mother. Yet another finds a young man getting the gift he has begged for all his life. A soldier with PTSD is gifted by God with a four-legged remedy.Come and find Christmas joy laid out for your enjoyment. Feel a vast array of feelings wrapped in these stories.

This book is intended for Christian men who want to grow in their faith by understanding, knowing, and applying God's Word to their daily lives. It is a solid exposition of Romans 5-8, in which the apostle Paul sets out the benefits of justification and God's superabounding grace, which include reconciliation, salvation from God's wrath on that Final Judgment Day, eternal life, new life in Christ, serving in the new way of the Spirit, freedom from the old realm of sin and death, and the benefits and blessing of being indwelt by the Spirit. But the thrust of these chapters is God's unstoppable purpose to bring us justified sinners to glory--resurrection bodies on the restored earth with Christ forever. This book is not written by a seminary professor, pastor, or full-time Christian worker. It is written by a businessman to businessmen, as a fellow traveler, who has spent a lifetime immersed in the hurly-burly of the business world. So the application of the exposition directly addresses the issues men in the business world face on a daily basis like greed, pride, sexual temptation, anger, patience, priorities, humility, lying (exaggeration), and perseverance. It is heavy on grace, forgiveness, and restoration. Each chapter can be read in about ten to twelve minutes. Ideal for busy men. Recommend reading one a day for forty days or as part of a men's Bible study group--a chapter or two a week.G. Brian Christie (ThM, Dallas Theological Seminary; JD, University of Texas), a transactional (deal) lawyer, business executive, and company director, has taught men's Bible studies in churches in Texas and California for over the past forty-five years. He is the author of 12 Marks of a Man of God and Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God, an Exposition of the Gospel of Mark for Men.

Finding herself in a terrifying reality of a cancer diagnosis, Christina found her only hope for guidance and healing would be to fully put her trust in God. As he took control of how her treatment plan would go, he also took control of her mental and spiritual well-being, healing her in ways she never knew she could heal. She would use writing to clear her mind of anxiety and try to get much needed rest, but she would ultimately find that through her writing, he was guiding her and teaching her. She knew she would not come out of this the same person she went in, and she used that excitement to motivate her and keep her focused on God's work in her.
