Following on from my first cookbook edition, This Food Thing, this book is about recipes that are good for mental well-being. It also includes a section about well-being and how we can keep well with simple ideas and great lifestyle choices.

I was healthy and smart with no addictions that were detrimental to my health and well being . My life was to be turned around 360 degrees and I was to experience a path of life I never ever thought I would all of this because one day a bird flew over me .

This book is giving you a fairly detailed blow by blow rendition into my life, delusions, and episodes of my mental health state. God, I feel like all hell is breaking loose around us. It feels like we do not know whom to trust and what to do or what steps to take and we do not know what is hurting us from what is helping us. God, we thank you for your word that we believe has radically changed our lives. God, we are asking that you will clear the path that we may recognize the right way to fight. That you will give us peace in the midst of the storm and God, I prophesy over your sons and daughters that we will receive a divine revelation of this battle being yours. This battle has your name on it. God, I want us to start thinking about the battles right now that are bigger than us, that we will size them up compared to you. I want us to recognize there is no battle greater than what you have in store for us. God, I am asking that you would increase in our lives and that you will give us peace, wisdom and understanding, and that you will give us the confidence of who we are and who you have called us to be. And God, I want to rebuke in the name of Jesus, in the name that is above every name, at the name of Jesus your word said, "Every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess", and I want to use this right now over warfare in the name of Jesus and I want to use that name over everything that is coming up against your sons and daughters. Amen!

Today, I encourage you to turn your thoughts to the Father. Ask him to show you his love in a fresh, new way. Get a picture of him standing before you with his arms stretched toward you, ready to lead you through the valley to the place of peace, rest, and victory.

A couple of second's exposure can change your life forever. As a personal sufferer of Twenty years before help from this disorder called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, or P.T.S.D. for short, this book represented what I required to be available to help my own family learn about the disorder in a simple way and understand my problems better.

Little adid I realize that even if I stood next to him all my life, people would know him only, see only him and recognize Amir Khan alone, I would remain who I was; just a stranger , shamelessly grabbing his share of sunshine and getting a two minute fame. So, when my dear friend and editor asked me to write a captivating synopsis I was again left to wonder as to what extraordinary could an ordinary person like me conjure! I am the very oblivious girl next door, leading an ordinary middle class life very akin to all of us. Why would anyone wish to read this book, not once but again and again (this is my dream too! For an ordinary, average person I have always dreamt of the extraordinary! )? This is not even a fiction thriller, this is a spiritual journey; about which greatest of seers have already elucidated at great lengths and yet it remains ever so elusive and unattainable! What new do I have to offer to the reader? Every single word in this book is true and from my very personal experience. This is my journey from living a non-existent, goal-less and self-deprecating life to morphing into being alive, self-actualising and an extraordinary person! If I can achieve and change then every other average person, leading an insipid aimless life can change too. This path has not only explained the meaning of this verse to me, it has made me realize and self-actualize this verse into my life.

Studying creative writing has been a dream come true for me. I am one of those letter writers. As a little girl who attended boarding schools (both primary and secondary education).
