This is a story of a homeless cat who came to visit at our stables just before Christmas, twenty-two years ago. She was very thin, hungry, and nervous. We left food outside which she ate, and then came closer to us and gradually became more friendly, so we put the food inside the animals' storage shed, where we kept the hay supplies. Being December, the weather was cold and wet and she stayed in the shed on top of the hay. We called her Lucy, and in the Spring, she gave us an incredible surprise. Read the story to find out what this was.

The vets on TV are always depicted as perfect clinicians, with sunshine and rainbows bursting out from their individual patients. But what media companies fail to show you are the more 'uncommon' cases, like a dog eating some used condoms, for example. This book aims to rectify this perception, specifically taking the reader on a journey through what life is like graduating as a veterinary surgeon. You will read about some pretty stupid cases my colleagues and I have experienced, all of which are true, though I must admit, I do have a habit of not letting the truth get in the way of a good story. So, sit back, relax, and take a break from this mundane existence we call life, as I show you the world through the eyes of a newly graduated veterinary surgeon.

This book has been thoughtfully crafted by the author to demonstrate that family history can be truly captivating. While genealogy provides us with the facts of who we are and where we came from, it is through the art of storytelling that these details come to life, especially when placed within a rich context. By exploring the potential motivations of our ancestors and highlighting the timeless nature of human traits, we can better understand that the challenges and obstacles we face today have been encountered by generations before us. The story delves into the questionable morals of various characters, the cunning ways in which responsibility can be shifted, the manipulation of the status quo for personal gain, filial disputes, familial arguments, and the once-prevailing notion of the divine right of Kings (no pun intended). Rather than serving as a morality tale, this book aims to entertain and illuminate the striking parallels between the past and our modern lives.

When My Angry Gets Too Big is a children's book designed for young children on the autism spectrum. Acceptance and self-confidence is hugely important for children's development and self-esteem, and thankfully this is reflected in children literature, with many books about accepting ourselves no matter our race/sexuality/gender. That being said, children on the autism spectrum are underrepresented in the literary world, and in order for them to take interest and learn from literature, it's essential that there are books and characters they relate to. When My Angry Gets Too Big has been written specifically for children on the autism spectrum and is designed to help them recognise and manage difficult emotions.

From Istanbul to Haifa This book is based on the true story of five siblings who played pivotal roles in the most significant political and historical events that unfolded in the Levant region between the years 1890 and 1948 CE. These events were instrumental in the emergence of entire nations in the Middle East, the collapse of others, and continue to be the primary influence on everything we have experienced and are living today. Within the pages of this book, we traverse a diverse geographical and historical landscape encompassing the Levant, Egypt, Iraq, the Arabian Peninsula, Turkey, and Iran. We witness the Arabs' attempts to realize their dream of building an independent unified Arab state, the Western occupier's conspiracies against them to assassinate that dream, and the establishment of the Zionist entity in Palestine. The reader is taken through historical events starting from the Balkan Wars and the fall of the Ottoman Empire to the establishment of the Arab state, the correspondences of Hussein McMahon, the role of Lawrence of Arabia, the Sykes-Picot Agreement, and the onset of French and British mandates, culminating in the founding of the Zionist entity. It is worth noting that the information presented in this book is documented from the memoirs left by the five siblings, testimonies from many who lived through those times, and various historical sources.
