At the age of 65, Ruth wanted an adventure but she didnt want to leave her horse and dog behind. So she combined her love of horseback trail riding and foreign travel and set off from the UK on a trip across the English Channel, for a long ride through South West France, with her trusty Argentinian horse Salvador and Romanian rescue dog Hunter.
