Unión Eléctrica (UNE), the governing body that includes all the electric utilities in the country, has as a fundamental premise the computerization of the main tasks performed in its entities with the use of information and communication technologies (ICT). In the electric company, specifically in the Basic Business Unit (UEB) of Commercial Services, the use of technologies such as office automation software, databases, even information management systems generate a large amount of data, which is a challenge for specialists to manually integrate data from different sources for the generation of reports, with the purpose of contributing to the decision making of managers both at the provincial and national level. For this reason, the development of a management information system using database tools and web technologies is proposed to facilitate the process of data integration on the commercial activity of the Electric Company.

Die Unión Eléctrica (UNE), der Dachverband aller Elektrizitätsunternehmen des Landes, hat als grundlegende Prämisse die Informatisierung der wichtigsten Aufgaben, die in ihren Einrichtungen durchgeführt werden, durch den Einsatz von Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien (IKT). In der Elektrizitätsgesellschaft, insbesondere in der Basisgeschäftseinheit (UEB) der kaufmännischen Dienste, wird durch den Einsatz von Technologien wie Büroautomatisierungssoftware, Datenbanken und sogar Informationsmanagementsystemen eine große Menge an Daten generiert, was für Spezialisten eine Herausforderung darstellt, Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen manuell zu integrieren, um Berichte zu erstellen, die zur Entscheidungsfindung von Managern auf provinzieller und nationaler Ebene beitragen sollen. Aus diesem Grund wird die Entwicklung eines Management-Informationssystems unter Verwendung von Datenbankwerkzeugen und Webtechnologien vorgeschlagen, um den Prozess der Integration von Daten über die kommerzielle Tätigkeit des Elektrizitätsunternehmens zu erleichtern.

A Unión Eléctrica (UNE), o órgão dirigente que engloba todas as empresas de electricidade do país, tem como premissa fundamental a informatização das principais tarefas realizadas nas suas entidades com a utilização das tecnologias de informação e comunicação (TIC). Na empresa de electricidade, especificamente na Unidade Empresarial Básica (UEB) de Serviços Comerciais, a utilização de tecnologias como software de burótica, bases de dados e mesmo sistemas de gestão de informação geram uma grande quantidade de dados, o que representa um desafio para os especialistas integrarem manualmente dados de diferentes fontes para gerar relatórios, com o objectivo de contribuir para a tomada de decisões por parte dos gestores, tanto a nível provincial como nacional. Por este motivo, propõe-se o desenvolvimento de um sistema de informação de gestão utilizando ferramentas de base de dados e tecnologias web para facilitar o processo de integração de dados sobre a actividade comercial da empresa de electricidade.

L'Unión Eléctrica (UNE), l'organo di governo che comprende tutte le aziende elettriche del Paese, ha come premessa fondamentale l'informatizzazione dei principali compiti svolti nelle sue entità con l'uso delle tecnologie dell'informazione e della comunicazione (TIC). Nell'azienda elettrica, in particolare nell'Unità di Business di Base (UEB) dei Servizi Commerciali, l'uso di tecnologie quali software di automazione d'ufficio, database e persino sistemi di gestione delle informazioni generano una grande quantità di dati, che rappresentano una sfida per gli specialisti che devono integrare manualmente i dati provenienti da fonti diverse per generare report, con l'obiettivo di contribuire al processo decisionale dei manager sia a livello provinciale che nazionale. Per questo motivo, si propone lo sviluppo di un sistema informativo gestionale che utilizzi strumenti di database e tecnologie web per facilitare il processo di integrazione dei dati sull'attività commerciale dell'azienda elettrica.
