IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, I GREET YOU, BELOVED READERS! For those of you who are kind enough to have read my first literary work, ìA Saintly Journey Homeî and am a returning reader, I heartily appreciate this. For the new ones, welcome aboard. (God willing, I'll complete two more sequels following this latest one.) Once again, I'm Maxine Rose Gladden, quite a novice at this thing called "professional writing", and I'm enjoying the experience of accom-plishing what the Lord God blesses me to do! As a "Born Again" daughter-servant of the Most-High God, I minister as a street evangelist and novice Theological writer. (I'm also told that I do some decent singing, bless their souls. ) Besides, I'm a retired healthcare provided who is a mother of three, grand-mother of one, all of whom are worth my very life! To an extent, I continue to follow the footsteps of the great John Bunyan, who was blessed to pen both ìThe Pilgrimís Progressî and its sequel ìThe Pilgrimís Progress 2: Christianaís Storyî. Notably, unlike the settings in Mr. Bunyan's literary work, the Lord has blessed me to pen scenarios in a more contemporary storyline. But, my endeavor is to inspire readers to realize God's absolute declaration: "I am the Lord, I change not..." (Malachi 3:6a, cross-ref.: Hebrews 13:8.) Just as stated in my first book, I sincerely believe that if a fellow-saint were to travel the halls of time and visit our age or vice versa, the only difference would be the variance in lifestyle, but not the experience of living a Christ-like holy life! In the company of brothers and sisters in the Body of Christ of the applicable era to assist with their adjustment, the traveler would find both the Living Word (Jesus Christ) and the Written Word (the Bible) ENTIRELY RELEVANT as in their own day.

God's daughter-servant, Maxine Rose Gladden, was born in Harlem, New York, February 11, 1954, to the late Samuel Herman Lee Gladden, her father, and the late Adeur Marie Elizabeth Snead Gladden, her beloved mother. Ms. Gladden was blessed to have a mother who intensely strove to raise her four daughters by the Word of God, in a church that stressed "sound doctrinal theology", and living a holy life in Christ Jesus by the power of God the Holy Spirit! She considers herself a novice at professional writing (she solicits your patience). Nevertheless, Ms. Gladden is delighted to attempt doing so. Furthermore, it is her intention that should it be God's holy will, there will be more to come! Ms. Gladden is a mother of two sons, a daughter and grandmother to her beloved grandson. Her maternal role, is considered immediately secondary behind the one that is her passion in life: loving and serving the Lord Jesus Christ, blessed Savior and Lord! Currently, Ms. Gladden engages in the ministry of street evangelism, is a choir member in the alto section, and eagerly embraces Theological writing, hermeneutics and apologetics; all unofficially (with the exception of choir member).She would readily declare, "These are all my passions in life!" Although a "late bloomer" in these ministerial elds (except choir membership, an almost lifelong activity), she believes that she can truly say, it would be diffcult to nd anyone else more intensely sincere concerning them. All are pretty much an effortless 24-7 perpetual activity for her.
