That year marks the author's introduction to college, where he later spent five years pursuing a degree in Medicine in Jamaica. Over those years, the road was filled with nuances that tore him to pieces and built him up time and again. It was filled with numerous lessons that he decided to share with the world for people to find help and support on their own journey through life.METAMOPHOSIS is the trilogy, combined, and signifies the diversity of life and how complicated it can be for a young mind in an adult body. It also depicts how the bravery and astuteness of a boy, as well as the indestructible support from friends and family, allowed him to become a butterfly.

The Instructions is a compilation of the final pieces in the journey of Metamorphosis. At this point in the journey, the author had accomplished significant maturity and success since book 1, now almost 5 years later. The book outlines these achievements and covers similar themes as the previous two books of love, the complexity of relationships, self-worth and faith.Though the book isn't as long as its forerunners, each piece is packed with immense emotions and adventure that sum up their respective experiences quite well.The book is intended to inspire all people, especially young men and women, to dare to dream, to love and be compassionate with themselves and with those around them, and to never be afraid to aim for the stars, for they just might capture the Sun.
