The night falls ill it is a collection of poetry about processing mental health and about certain topics which you'll read in the book. A lot of people suffer from anxiety or depression and many other mental health conditions.I feel like it is a very sensitive topic that isn't being discussed well, so i want to basically create an awareness that it is actually perfectly alright if you suffer from any of the conditions, doesn't really matter how old you are.
