This is a collection of involuntary memories after tasting a sweet treat, the fleeting moments after a dream, some conversations about gravity, and a few tidbits of thought expressed as sentiments. An exploration of themes of association, the complexities of dreams and emotions they evoke, the nature of gravity and its role in our lives, as well as the cyclic nature of our everyday experiences. The transitions in between moments are highlighted to appreciate the small occurrences that one may have and the contrasting of thoughts that may happen. These poems are a collection of my thoughts and experiences over the last few years in a creative format. I really enjoy writing as a therapy, as a way to collect my thoughts, or just simply to pass the time. I love the challenge of a writing prompt and I particularly enjoy creating new rhyme schemes. I often write while staring at art (classic works or modern Instagram art), while I'm out in nature (I like a good hike), listening to music (Lo-Fi or contemporary jazz), or relaxing in a recliner.
